The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Abilities: The Imperfection blade has a unique ability to store both the shape and powers of a weapon it crosses with. However any power gained from this is only at most eighty percent the strength of the original of that which was copied. In addition the strong sense of envy coming off of the weapon itself is so jealous of other weapons and their users that it has resigned itself to Tappaja's grip so only he may use the powers of Kekkan and in the hands of another it will simply act as a normal blade.
In order to take another weapon's shape and powers Kakkan must make contact a certain number of times, the numbers are as follows.
First post when your weapon hits another is that it identify why it is envious of the opponent's weapon.
Second is Gain Shape
Third is Gain one fourth of total gained power
Fourth is Gain another one fourth of total gained power
Fifth is Gain another one fourth of total gained power
Sixth is Finish gaining powers.
The basic shape is something that the weapon stores in itself as a permanent part of the weapon. Tappaja can change the shape at will after one round of charging chakra, however the powers themselves are not activated until he wills it so that he wont waste any charges in exchange for a bigger or more interesting blade.
So instead of keeping the actual powers forever imperfection stores them on a charge system. Meaning that it can use any power collected a total of three times and each time a power is used it would be in use for a total of five rounds before returning to the blades original shape.
Kekkan is only four fifths as powerful as the original so it is important to point out that it cannot beat the original of a weapon copied while in the form of that weapon. There can only be 8 different weapons stored withing Kekkan but the one stored can be removed if the user wishes it to make room.
History: One of the weapons created by Shikieiki for seven helpers she has. It was stored in the form of an energy orb, it always had an aura of envy around it against the leagues of other weapons which were more special then it was itself. So it almost has a mind of it’s own in the fact that there is a quest the Tappaja was given when he received it directly from the weapon itself that he was to make it extremely powerful and in return it would protect him from enemies.

Wouldn't it be too much? How about a post connection time to copy ratio? For example you connect the swords for one post then you gain its shape, etc, so forth and so on.
I was thinking that perhaps the basic shape would be something that the weapon could store in itself as a permanent part of the weapon so that I could change the shape at will after one round of charging chakra, however the powers themselves I know there is no chance of that happening.
So perhaps instead of keeping the actual powers forever maybe I could store them on a charge system, like I could use any power I collect a total of three times and each time I used it the powers would be in use for a total of five rounds.
I don't mean to be rash, but I want to base it off of how complex my swords are. To be able to do this with say my Divine sword, if you were to gain the 80% strength, you must obey the rules of said blade you copied. With swords such as my divine sword, which has a two post limit per battle use, either your sword should only be able to use it once at the same strength, or twice at 80% the original power. Tell me how it would apply to my sword in terms of after you've gathered the entire clashes necessary to finish...then maybe then I will understand your terms of using it better...
