Description: hand seals depend on rank of healing used. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. The use of this technique can help bring back people from any injury with a certain amount of chakra as described below.

Major(B): 30 Chakra
Life Threatening(A): 40 Chakra

In order to obtain the effect of the comatose on an affected person at least two ranks higher than the needed chakra must be inserted into the body. The effects of the comatose is simple a knock out that lasts for three rounds. Comatose effect cannot be used in battle topics.

Description: Requires handseals. After the handseals are preformed the user whistles at a very calming rhythm and every one who hears the whistle will be caught in the Genjutsu. While the genjutsu is in effect the targets vision and hearing mimics that of their idea of a paradise. All people around disappear from the sight of the affected while they are in the genjutsu but any pain administered to the affected would wake them from the jutsu. The genjutsu is in effect for 3 posts if not prematurely interrupted.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: Requires Handseals. After the handseals the user whistles a sad  note and whoever hears it is trapped in the illusion. The target will be presented with all their biggest hopes and dreams and at the point of them almost achieving them they will be denied those dreams. The second part of the jutsu is that the background fades to black and then every person they have ever loved appears to them and harshly rejects them. If gone uninterrupted lasts 2 posts. Can be interrupted by outside pain.

Whoever hears it will be assailed by the vivid sensation that their limbs have been fastened with sturdy ropes, thus becoming unable to move about freely. At the same time, they are fed morbid hallucinations of their skin and muscle melting off the bone. which makes it also possible to run them down mentally. If left uninterrupted lasts for 3 posts. Can be interrupted by ouutside pain.

Description: Requires Handseals. After the handseals the user must hold the last handseal and stay motionless, he then whistles at an  insanely high and sharp note and anyone who hears it, besides the user, is caught in the genjutsu. It lasts 4 posts, a different thing happening during each one. In the first post the target appears to be strapped to a metal table in a meat freezer and the 5 butchers enter and using cleavers, and hack away at the top layer of the skin. In the 2nd post they use their bare hands and rip away at the muscle under the skin. In the 3rd post the organs are now exposed and they take meat shears and cut out each organ. In the final post the one at the head rips out the heart of the target and finally cuts their head off, causing the target to snap out of the jutsu. The fear and pain from the technique will almost certainly cause paralysis for 1 post in S-ranks or Kages, 2 posts in A or B ranks, and causes C or D ranks to pass out. Can be interrupted by extreme external pain.

Canonically, self-inflicted pain also counts as outside pain. What I meant was pain outside of the genjutsu, meaning pain that is not caused by the genjutsu itself.
