Personality:
Rouga can sometimes come off as an arrogant idiot, rude and generally quite blunt to most people but other times he can give off a sunny disposition. Sometimes Rouga can turn into a bit of a child and be be a bit random at the best of times. Helps lighten the mood if there is something depressing. Other than that he is just annoying when bored, he'll pester anyone and everyone to kill boredom.

Ever since he was a child his father used to teach him how to detach his feelings to the world to avoid hurt but only weeks after that started he died on a mission, Rouga didn't know how to take it so he just shrugged and went on with his life. Most were baffled in how he could just push the experience away and move on with his life but on the inside he was fighting with himself everyday

Rouga is fairly good when it comes to fighting on the battle field but has a bad habit of going into a day dream randomly. This isn't very good for him as it distracts him from his studies but this shouldn't be considered as a weakness. Despite this he can be easily broke from it with either a name being called or pain. Anything really.

Likes:
Rouga's interests consist of eating a bowl of pork ramen, Reading his favorite book; When eyes become foes. It's a thriller novel. His favorite thing to do if he had a choice? Would be sleeping. If he's not training or eating he's asleep. Training. Rouga spends 4 hours a day training non-stop to help keep up his performance and to avoid a traumatizing experience from the past.

At the end of the day Rouga will always find a nice spot in the woods and watch the sun set with a nice cup of Green Tea with his Dog, Shizu.

Dislikes:
Rouga has a distasteful approach when it comes to chicken soup. It's not the smell nor the taste, he just hasn't ever like it since he was a child. He also doesn't like it when others seem to think he cares what others think about him, to try and get him down and that. Get's him into a pretty bad mood for the misunderstanding. He doesn't like it when people underestimate him he'll take defensive action like lashing out or saying stuff he wouldn't normally say.

Ever since he was a child he has always had a fear of bridges and high heights due to a terrible nightmare.

Motivation:
Rouga has dedicated his life in surpassing his father, Kenta Inuzuka who was one of the specialists in the ANBU Corps. He keeps a photo of his family in his right breast pocket to help inspire and drive him harder when he trains.

When Rouga was a child his family would try to make him forget about what had befallen his dad but that only helped
boost him harder.

Fears:
His deepest fear would be to live without his family and Dog, Shizu. Without them he would feel like he was falling into a dark spiral into the abyss.

Rouga always used to be a scared and nervous child when he was younger but his tough upbringing took him off that path but a reoccurring dream of him falling down a waterfall and drowning has always woke him in a cold sweat, leaving him in fear for hours and incapable of movement.




The Inuzuka Clan

Bloodline Name: Ninken

Bloodline Ability:
The Inuzuka clan (犬塚一族, Inuzuka Ichizoku) or Inuzuka family (犬塚家, Inuzuka-ke) is known for their use of ninken as fighting companions and are easily identified by the distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks. The Ability to fight with their canine friends.

Location: Kusamuragakure

Clan History:
The members are also given their own canine partner(s) when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the shinobi and their dog(s) are practically inseparable. It would seem that due to the bond between an Inuzuka and their canine partner(s), their chakra is allowed to mix, and is shared between them, adding a feral appearance to the human partners, and makes a bond between them that affords them the use of the clan's collaboration jutsu, such as the Fang Passing Fang. The clan members are also able to communicate with canines even if unlike Kuromaru, the dogs cannot talk.




History: When Rouga was a small boy (Aged Six) he was considered an "Exceptional Shinobi" (His family and clan just wanted to help a depressed boy) though Rouga never saw it, he saw a failure as he couldn't master the simplest jutsu. The Transformation Jutsu. He took a month or two to get the grip of the jutsu and only two people know of his traumatizing embarrassment. No matter how little the matter was at the time. To Rouga, it crushed his spirit like dust.
Years later when he was ten years of age he became a genin, knowing only a few jutsu he still managed to make it into the academy. Unbeknownst to him his mother, Yuri, had pulled a few strings to get him into the academy at such a young age to help boost his confidence but instead he was constantly ridiculed for not being able to do the class missions like hitting the aim of the target in Target Practice class, he had very bad aim and spent his childhood in his room practicing continually.
When he became sixteen he finally caught up with the rest of his class and surpassed a few of them aswell.
Rouga began to draw and sketch strategies to help his performance during class, he would spend hours making blueprint after blueprint to help him of how he would counter attacks and deflect Kunai, his mother wasn't happy with this and he was constantly sent to his room without dinner as a punishment for disobeying his family. He is fairly skilled in the strategic approach in combat but he always seemed to lose focus alot while thinking of ways to approach a situation leaving him at his most vulnerable.

When he was announced a Genin Rouga felt it was one of his happiest days of his life but was shortly ruined by his mother turning up drunk and flailing her arms in the air as she screamed with joy. Rouga was incredibly embarrassed as he watched five jounin to try and restrain her but even at that she was quite nimble, despite being drunk. He looked onto his classmates giving him daggers

RP Sample: Rouga got up from his woolen covered bed and let out a huge, droning yawn that seemed to echo throughout the halls of the household. Shizu turned and glared at Rouga for waking her up with such a loud noise and tried going to sleep once more.
