Free Jutsu Part One

Name: Tiempo Ventoso

Description: Souta takes the heat and cool poles of his party pole and forms a plus with them, attaching the plus to the thunder pole. The then swings it like a baton using the thunder pole as a handle and flings off the plus like a boomerang. This can be used one of two ways, neither requiring handseals.

Combatively: This upon any impact with the enemy, the cool and hot air surrounding the poles will collide and cause a heavy concussive burst able to cause some bruising and shove someone backwards, while using the force of the wind itself to fly back to the user.

Strategically (Party Use): It can sent hundreds of cool and heat orbs into the air, making a brilliantly showy display and causing a low lying cloud to form the following post, which is natural for all intensive purposes. Still returns like a boomerang. Cloud lasts for 5 posts.

Description: In an environment where some kind of light is aplenty, Souta can add a cold orb to the air to change the density of it slightly and create a mirage clone of himself, which is natural for all intensive purposes. This is no better than a normal clone, except it doesn't require handseals. However, this may only be done in clear sunny weather, or when a light source is available, they disperse like mirages when you touch them.

Description: Using many cold orbs, Souta will cause the water near the ground to condense heavily, creating a wide area of fog. This fog is incredibly thick, and natural for all intensive purposes. Lasts for 5 post, no handseals required.

Range: 25 feet, strikes in a 1 foot area
Description: This requires no handseals, but a low lying cloud or strategic setup to be determined the post before use. Souta throws a Thunder Orb into a low lying cloud, causing it to become electrified with a minor amount of static electricity. However, the water vapor being a proper conductor, this lightning will intensify greatly for one more post it will then shoot out a bolt of lightning from wherever the user decides. This is good because it is natural lightning, however it is bad because the small attack area makes it hard to hit with, and it takes a little while to get a proper setup, and adds more time with the need for the static to build up. Another severe downfall is that the chosen area is wherever the thunder orb actually hits, meaning if the enemy kept track of this they merely have to remain a foot out of that area. If this attack hits, it will only do B-Rank Raiton damage, so basically it is only a fast strike once prepared, and is otherwise pretty weak.

The combative use of Tiempo Ventoso is approved, but if I remember right, the creation of a storm cloud requires a massive updraft of heat, which was made canonically with a B-rank Katon technique... If this strategic use can have a meteorological impact like creating clouds, it is much too powerful for a D-rank technique.

Tiempo Grabado: By "normal clone", do you mean that it is like an illusionary Bunshin or a Kage Bunshin or elemental clones, which are solid?

Tiempo Nublado: How thick can this fog get, and 100 feet around the user sounds like a large area to cover with fog, unless there's a huge amount of water.

Tiempo Centello: Automatically denied. That's just a small Kirin, which is much faster than the speed of sound, and is well outside of the realm of "possible to dodge".

The meteorological impact of creating clouds is the stacked effects of the heat orbs collecting airborne moisture with heat then the cool orbs condensing them with cold, creating a low lying cloud.

Normal clone, meaning no element, meaning the basic Bushin no Jutsu, meaning not solid.

It is a real dense fog. Which serves no purpose other than to hinder vision. 100 feet is like 33 meters or so.

So are half the jutsu in anyones arsenal of B-Rank jutsu. (Oh!!!) But seriously I'll try to nerf this...

Again, too powerful for making clouds. Strategic effect denied.

Tiempo Grabado sounds even weaker than the actual bunshin no jutsu, so there's not any reason to have the jutsu.

Again, you'd need a lot of water to make this jutsu happen. This pretty much sounds like Hidden Mist Jutsu.

As long as it creates natural lightning, I'm not going to approve it.

You know what? I could do all of this anyways. xD I don't need these, scratch them. I'll post up more jutsu later.
