The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: A sword of seven feet leangth that is carried on your back inside a sheath that costumizable shortens the blade to fit the sheathe (explained in abilities). It weighs roughly two hundred pound to the norm. It is made completly of metallic compounds and can cut through bone but not steal. It is made out of steel that doesn't rust.
Abilities: The weight of the blade is reduced to eight pounds maximum only when in Kallen's possession. The sword somewhat has a mind of it's own and like the shark and snake sword it chose it's master who happened to be Kallen. The two section blades combine together to form a claymore look as then they would shorten to one third their leangth to then show that the blade can fiet in the sheathe. To then release the blade you will pull a string on the hilts bottom to realease the blades true face and then to re do the sizing you then would just slide it into the sheathe where the magnatism does it all on its own.
History: After Kallen had joined the Akatsuki she went searching through old files and rooms that were not off limits. In one room she found an old trunk that had a glow about it. Inside that trunk there was a sword inside a small sheath as she held it the sword would call out to her and glow as it would then eminate in power as she would not be clearly freaked out but close to it. She would study this blade to learn that it's name is Glaciel and was a legendary sword of many centuries ago. Carved from eon rock from the cliff face that now stands presant to the back of the Hidden Hurricane Village.

Ok, the ability of the sword and sheath needs to be in the ability section. The description section is for the raw materials the sword is made out of, not what it can do.
