The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: BOOMERANG HOOK Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: A powerful hook with enormous breadth, in which case the user swings fully with a powerful extraordinary hook which releases a great deal of force behind it (enough to cut through the opposition on contact). Though a small range in its cutting force it has enough power to cleanly cut through the skin and if hit directly slice through it with ease thus it is very cautious that opponents keep their distance, though this is easier said than done. The blow can also slice and cleanly cut stone. Leaves the user wide open for attack if missed, thus needs to be done when its least likely an opponent may strike back.
Name: JET UPPERCUT Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: A powerful wide-angle uppercut with incredible force and enough power to send opponents flying into the air crashing through the sky. The attack seemingly makes a loud noise when it is done, resounding outward as the sound spreads and when it hits it sends the opponent sprawling into the air. It is also very destructive. Being a wide-angled attack, it is easy to decipher the technique and dodge it.
Name: ROLLING THUNDER Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: A three-way technique in which Mouko does three incredibly fast and hard jabs to the opponents person within what amounts to even less than a second. The attacks are exceptionally fast and are done from the fastest hand the user has (Mouko is ambidextrous but his left hand is still faster than his right), the user attacks the vital areas of the opponents body with these exceptionally fast punches. If the punches miss the vitals the punches are greatly diminished in strength due to being made for speed and accuracy more than attack power. Such that even the least sturdy opponents can survive the attack.
Name: PHANTOM STRAIGHT Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: An explosive straight punch, so powerful that it can destroy defenses with its force. Akin to a "cannon" it has extreme force in which it can send opponents away and bust straight through defenses, it is also extremely fast as well disappearing from sight from the opponent with one really powerful punch. An opponent hit by such a technique isn't safe from its power and can have their bones crushed if not careful, it can also crush through defenses. The technique can also easily crush through solid "quartz" and dent and break through weak steel. His fist takes heavy damage, from use of this technique as it releases the full tension of the muscles into an extremely explosive punch.
Name: NO OXYGEN STATE Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: A technique that was borne from Mouko training in both the mountains and underwater having to hold his breath for periods at a time. This skill is not a technique but a show of his own capacity to hold oxygen for long periods of time due to his ability to both withstand high altitudes with no problem and while training.
As a result, normally Mouko can hold twenty minutes worth of oxygen in his lungs by inhaling. However, due to combat being much more rigorous on his body, he can only hold his breath for eight minutes while in combat due to much more vigorous movement. This is useful against poison, and certain techniques that attack the body from the inside instead of the out. After holding his breath for too long, he gets exhausted quickly due to being winded from no oxygen, thus he needs to rest for a time after doing so.

Name: BOOMERANG HOOK You need to better explain the damage that it does other than just being able to cut through the skin. If it's able to so easily cut through the skin, what happens to the muscle beneath, or the bone beneath?
Name: JET UPPERCUT Again, you need to describe the damage it does to a person. At this rank, it is better to ask about bruising and the possibility of fractures, breaks, etc. You'll also need to say how high/far the victim would go after being struck.
Name: ROLLING THUNDER At C rank, this won't be allowed to do much damage, so even at that speed the power will have to be decreased to a point where it's acceptable to have 3 hits done in less than a second.
Name: PHANTOM STRAIGHT What kind of defense can it crush? Against armor? Against a jutsu created barrier? What does being directly hit by the punch do to a person? Be more descriptive with the damage done to your fists. Bleeding, broken bones, etc.
Name: NO OXYGEN STATE The range for this one would be Self. Poison isn't allowed here, so remove that part. Describe how long you can hold your breath for and the resting period by number of posts.
