The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Magen Narakumi No Jutsu(Hell Viewing Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Close(0~5m) Description: Magen Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a their worst fear. Such as, if their fear was spiders, they would see a VERY large spider. If it was the death of a best friend, they would see his corpse. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion. Lasts 4 posts, 2 post cooldown. Can only be broken by Kai
Name: Kokohi no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of an object. Lasts 4 posts, 2 post cooldown. The genjutsu can cause a road sign to say something different, or a stick to look like a sword. Can only be broken by Kai
Name: Kasumi Jusha No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. When attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multipy, the victim will eventually be worn down. Lasts 5 posts, 3 post cooldown. Can only be broken by Kai
Name: Utakata - Ephemeral Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Utakata is a relatively difficult ninjutsu technique. The user will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Lasts 5 posts, cooldown of 3 posts. The user chooses what he wants the victim to see. Can only be broken by Kai

All of these jutsu need - a duration and cooldown, followed by whether it can be broken by kai or pain. Explain visions with examples to give the user a feel for what they would possibly see

All of these Genjutsu are approved. However, I want a second opinion on the pain aspect to break the genjutsu that you have here, so be expecting the second opinion soon..

I'll apply for those when my character is the appropriate rank to own them. I didn't put pain there because it's way too easy to win if you use OOC information to know it's a genjutsu, then simply pinch yourself and get out.
