Description: A weapon made of a chakra metal, as strong as iron. They are hollow though, and easier to break than normal iron weapons, though they can hold their own against weapons of steel-strength and lower. Each section of the staff is differently imbued chakra metal, one fire imbued, one wind imbued, and one lightning imbued. None of these take on any extra attack power or endurance at all.

Abilities: This weapon's pieces are held together through magnetism, and can be separated and put together in various 3-lined formations to perform various tricks (to be made as jutsu). It can also make bright colored orbs (only the primary colors) from one of the poles each (meaning one separated pole can make one type of orb and another will make another.)

Red orbs heat up a 3 foot³ area by 1º F each, while blue orbs cool down a 3 foot³ area by 1º F each (as many as needed can be made but temperature will not increase or lower by more than 20º F in either direction from the norm and temperature will revert on the opponent's post). Yellow orbs will create static electricity in a 3 foot³ area, but not even enough to cause harm (no matter how many are made), less than a sweater can pick up, and would need a proper conductor to cause any harm. Generally supposed to be used for entertainment purposes. Though with a level and knowledgeable head, it can be used to fight enemies very well.

As a side note of the temperature thing, the side-effects of the temperature change, such as collected moisture, will remain until altered once more. (A jutsu or ability)

History: A blueprint that Souta sent out to an engineer. Some things were corrected and due to his young age at the time, it was nerfed heavily. After a few years, it was completed and mailed to him.

Whole thing is 5.5 feet tall. Its sections are equally sized (each separate pole is about 1.83 feet long each) It is about one inch diameter, hollow on the inside.

So how much chakra per orb summoned?

None, why would it cost any chakra? It alters the temperature for an instant and creates harmless static fields for a similar instant, with minor side effects like collected moisture that linger for a while.

Hmm then how are this orbs created without chakra? I dont see the connection.

Well there are three different elemental imbuements in the chakra metal. Fire, Wind, and Lightning.

So they simply can do this. Of course, any offensive uses for this will definitely cost chakra though, and be jutsu.

I guess 7 degrees increase or decrease isn't that bad. Alright now onto the weapon itself. Since it is connected via magnetic strength, how strong is the magnet itself to maintain it's magnetism? Will the magnet lose its strength after been hit by a katon jutsu?

The magnet is pretty strong, enough to hold them together for combat but weak enough for them to separate, increased in power by the pole that creates the yellow orbs. It won't decrease in power because the poles themselves are magnetic.

So in essence the whole pole is a magnet. Alright, what is the range for this magnetism for this to still with hold the grip (Thus looking like a three section staff)? Will other metals be attracted to it?

As soon as they are separated from the others, they will become not attracted to the other poles until actual physical contact is made with them. They are only magnetic to eachother on contact, and only separate when the user wants them to. They will not attract other metals.
