The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Mirage Kratos Shinigami has, and wears white clothing. He has stylish hair that goes with it. Shinigami, Kratos also has a hole near his stomach. He wears glasses as a disguise so his opponents won't find out his true identity. Of course, many have been fooled by his appearance. He only does this cause he plans to become a Missing Ninja sooner or later. Shinigami, Kratos also holds a sheaf near his waist. Shinigami, Kratos's height is exactly 186 cm (6'1").
Shinigami, Kratos weights about 74 kg (163 lbs). One of Kratos's favorite lines are "You thought you could destroy me by striking with power? How naive. ...no perhaps we differ in our basic understandings of the word "power". I shall enlighten you. This is what is known as "power".".

Despite his current villainous status and former position of authority, Kratos is a surprisingly polite, soft-spoken intellectual, often addressing his subordinates by their given names. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Whenever confronted, Kratos is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw out a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates the one he is talking to.
Shinigami, Kratos also is a very calm person. Kratos won't be worried about anything, weather he is in danger or not. He shows no sign of emotion. Kratos may also have a smirk on his face when his plans succeed. Kratos starts to get a smirk either when the battle is over, or he does it to intimidate his opponent. Which he finds delightful.
Despite Shinigami, Kratos's actions and looks. He still resolves things by violence. He may disguise himself by wearing his glasses, and taking it off after wards. Kratos loves peace, but if he has something he needs to do. Shinigami, Kratos may only change his personality when he transforms into his first state of the Hōgyoku Implantation.
Kratos Shinigami may act ignorant when he's in his first transformation. He may also act a bit cocky, he may laugh a lot, make fun of his opponent, and much more. He only acts this way in that state cause he is so overwhelm with his powerful ability's. Kratos Shinigami is a scientist, so he feels the need to act like this cause all of his tactics are taking effect.
When Kratos is with his comrades. He cooperated with them. Especially with his leader. Kratos Shinigami's Akatsuki leader may give him orders, and Kratos obeys them. If he feels like there is something wrong with his orders. Kratos speaks up without fear.
Likes: Kratos Shinigami loves many things. Kratos Shinigami's favorite color is Lime Green, and Light Blue. Kratos Shinigami's favorite foods are Rice & Chicken, Bacon & French fie, and many more kinds of food. Though, Kratos Shinigami does like to use his comrades for his own purposes.
Though that was in the past. Now Kratos Shinigami works together with his comrades. His comrades Akatsuki respect him, which he likes. So he respects them back. Kratos Shinigami also likes that he is a very tall Seven-Teen Year old Man.
Kratos Shinigami also prefers ending battles with a very good pose, that he refers to being cool, and he likes Standing in Heaven. Kratos Shinigami also likes peace.
Dislikes: Kratos Shinigami dislikes spicy food. He also dislikes uncooked-rotten food. Kratos may usually end up bombing if he chew and swallows on Uncooked-rotten food. He seriously doesn't like this. He also doesn't like the way people may talk to him. Especially if he knows, he can shut them up.
Kratos Shinigami also doesn't like losing. Especially losing something important, like one of his Akatsuki missions and etc. Kratos wants to accomplish his missions, so his comrades can cheer him on for the very next mission.
Motivation: Kratos Shinigami has a lot of motivations. He has one about his teamates, and one about those who stand in his way. The first one is Defeat those who are in my way. The second is protect those who are precious to me. Of course, nobody's precious to Kratos Shinigami anymore.
Fears: Kratos Shinigami doesn't fear anything. The reason why he doesn't fear anything is cause Kratos thinks that he is very strong. He thinks that their is no need for him to have fear over anything.

Bloodline Name: Hōgyoku Implantation
Bloodline Ability: This clan is known as the Hōgyoku Clan. The Hōgyoku is a light orb that can access to many different powers, and transformations. Of course, there will only be exactly one orb of light. Known as the Hōgyoku. The only way to use this is if you have the orb, and if you attach it to your stomach. By using a hole you have in your stomach. Then you make the Hōgyoku go threw your hole, and you absorb it.
After you absorb the Hōgyoku. The power will be all yours. Your appearance may also change, such as having wings. Having markings on your face, and etc. There are four wings, and about 8 - 14 little pieces, and with those pieces. Those are how you can use a Voodoo Doll.
Voodoo Doll: By grabbing an opponent with one of his "wings" and then spitting them out, one of the strands of his "wings" becomes engorged and bursts with purple liquid, creating a small doll that has the victim's likeness. Any damage done to the dolls' internal organs, accessed by taking them apart and removing the organs (with no damage to the original), is done to the original, debilitating them from the inside. All the organs have their name written on them in English.
Drawback: Though, their is one huge drawback. In order for this to take effect is if the user spits out the opponent with there wings. Well, it's very easy to cut off the wings. One slash with a sword could most likely cut out a piece. But Black Liquid may appear once you cut out a piece. If the opponent touches that Liquid. There's a 25% chance the opponent may end up getting a poison for 2 turns straight.

Resurrection: The user can heal scratches, punches, and can recover from death. Only scratches, punches that may cause bleeding, and death can be used. For light damage, I can heal things like scratches. For Medium I can recover contact damage. Such as Punch bruises, and etc. As for Heavenly I can recover my bones, and origins. Including death. If I go to a certain post count, I must say in the post Activation Effect. If I don't that means I want to go to the next level. Though, their may be a huge drawback.
Drawback: Though, their is one huge drawback. In order for this to take effect. The user must lose at least 10 chakra for Light damage, 30 chakra for Medium damage, and 50 Damage for Heavenly. This move can also only be used TWICE! No more than Twice!
Enhanced Strength: The user has enough strength to destroy steel, and Metal. You must be in your first transformation in order to use this ability.
Mugetsu: With this ability, you are able to to regain 1 more piece of a wing. Which means one of those pieces of 8 - 14. This effect only takes effect for every 5 posts.

Shinigami, Kratos was born in the Hidden Storm village. Kratos got his name by his grandfather. Kratos's first years in the Shinobi World were very pleasant. His father and mother encouraged Kratos to take various steps in the Shinobi world. Everybody new Shinigami, Kratos had a lot of potential. Though, right after Kratos was born. A war was led called the radiance war. They went to war with the Hidden Jungle Village. It was said that this war existed cause of this forbidden scroll that the Hidden Jungle took from the Hidden Storm. This war wasn't safe, so Kratos's parents were running cause they were outside at this time, and they were holding Kratos in their hand. Until all of a sudden. A shot was heard, and went right through Kratos's stomach. For some reason, it didn't hit his mother or father, yet they were holding Kratos Shinigami.
Cause of this, Kratos got shot near the stomach. This was never suppose to happen. Shinigami, Kratos was sent to the hospital immediately after this incident. Kratos was left in the hospital while his mother and father went to the war, and fought for their scroll. Their last words were ''Son, you may be young to hear this now, but please understand I am not going to this war for the scroll. I am going to this war for us, for our family. I am going to kill the person who did that to you son. Please do not forget about me, and your mother. Good bye.....My son.'' Once the war ended. Kratos stayed in the hospital for a few months, till he was older. His hole near his stomach, where he got shot, had already been healed.
Four years later. Shinigami, Kratos snuck out of the hospital one day. Taking some equipment with him along the path. The Hospital was going all berserk when they found out that Kratos had left. Though, Kratos did start his own journey. Kratos experienced many things when he was this age. Such as fighting, land, clothing, and much more. He was learning how to take care of himself, and how the Shinobi World worked.
On the Trail of Dreams

Kratos didn't go to school till he was five. Kratos went to school along with having to learn the Shinobi Way on his own. Kratos Shinigami went to the Hidden Storm academy. He did great in most of his classes. Shinigami, Kratos was a very smart kid in school. He made a lot of friends and got along. Kratos had to take many training sessions. So he had to take his shirt off. Many students were asking what happened, and why he had a hole near his stomach. Kratos didn't say anything. Though while Kratos was a student in the academy. He was developing much Eye Pain. Most likely cause of his family traits. Though, he manged to survive.
While in the academy, Kratos had a tough time learning how to transform himself and make shadow clones. His transformations always had some sort of flaw and his clones always looked like stiff lumps of something you eat and spit out due to the bad taste. He was ridiculed for this and he was left alone by all of the students. His teachers always tried to help him, but it never would work. He returned home one day and decided that he would try and become better and decided he would start training by himself in the clan training hall.
There was going to be a graduation tomorrow. Although, Kratos was hoping that he would pass the academy. Kratos Shinigami woke up the next morning, excited about his graduation. He was prepared for this day. He ran out of his territory and made his way to the academy. Many people were crowded around the school, preparing for the graduation. Shinigami, Kratos was awarded this title. Even though Kratos wasn't good at controlling his Shadow clones. His teachers graduated him cause of his hard work, and cooperating with the other students. Kratos was happy and had a fun time that day.
Even though Kratos Shinigami had a good time. He still wanted revenge for what happened to his mother and father. He waited cause it was to soon. After Shinigami, Kratos was awarded this title. He graduated to a Genin.
Powered & Fighter

After Kratos Shinigami was granted the title of a Genin. Kratos went to the upper academy, where he met a teacher known as Takeshi Subaki. He was technically my sensai. My teacher always sent the class outside for training sessions. We had to review and train stuff like Kunai practice, Shadow Clone Jutsu, and etc. When we were training. I was perfectly able to perform the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Cause when I was in the Academy. I did used to have trouble with it, till I praticed on my free time. Though when it came to the Kunai training. I did have some trouble with it. I never was able to hit the middle. Though, my teachers were their to help me. Of course, I didn't have many friends to encourage me, and help me.
Before we went home, our teacher told us that something special may accrue tomorrow. I was very eager to find out what it was. So Kratos went straight home, ate, did laundry, and fell asleep. The next day. Kratos woke up, ate a very good meal of his breakfast, went to school, and sat on the class room in the Hidden Storm Ninja Academy. Kratos's teacher said the class room were going to be paired up into Three Man Squads. Which also included Kratos. Kratos asked calmly what was that, and the teacher answered back saying we will be paired up with other members of our class room.
Team Survival
Kratos was paired up with these other two kids I didn't know. I was a bit nervous. My teacher Takeshi Subaki introduced me to Sasuke Shiddan. He was going to be my new sensai, the sensai of my other two parnters as well. It was official that we three were going to work together this semester. My teacher tested me and my two other team mates out. If we knew how to perform the Shadow Clone Jutsu technique, Tree Climbing, and many more. I managed to survive.
But one day, all of a sudden. Our teacher asked us to take these two bells from him. I had no idea what he meant, but me and my team mates tried to take them. We all failed to. Our teacher was to fast for us. Sasuke our sensai gave us a break that day. I asked him his secret, and he said you must train if you plan on being tough like me. I knew that they forward, we four were going to get along really well.
Tough Exams

Two years later, Kratos finally was entering the Chuunin exams. Him and his team mates were very nervous about this exam. Kratos looked for his name and he took his seat. The examiner was taking attendance. Once he gave me the Exam. I opened the booklet to the first page. I carefully read all the question silently to myself. After I real all the questions, I answered them, and handed the test booklet to my examiner. I then left the academy that day. I chilled in myself, and when it was night. I went to bed.
The nest morning, after I go to school. My sensai hands me my grades, and I failed the exam! I only was away by 3 points. My Sensai told me that my examiner decided to give me another chance. Cause he said I had a lot of potential. My Sensai walked me to the Academy, and into the person who examined my test. We went into the room and found the examiner. He handed me a new booklet. I carefully read through all the questions, and I looked back at all the answers I had wrong. So I fixed those mistakes and filled in another answer.
I quietly gave my booklet to my examiner. I then walked out of the Academy, went to my house, and went to bed. I received a Phone Call the next morning. It was my sensai telling me that my report card was in my Mail Box. I putted some cloths, went to my Mail Box. I opened the Mail Box, got the card, opened it, and I passed! I was really relief and happy that day.
Illusion Historical
When I graduated from Genin to Chuunin. I was proud of my self. I was sad at the same time that I was all alone, and nobody was their for me. Ever since that day my parents died, I was very upset. I was crying a lot that day when I was a baby. I couldn't remember much but I was pretty upset. I was filled with revenge on the Hidden Jungle village ever since that they. Cause of this, I have decided to go Evil. Though, it wasn't going to be easy. I needed a distraction.
From the powers of my Genjutsu. I putted the whole Hidden Storm Village onto my Genjutsu. By using my Bloodline Ability. I pretended to kill myself. After everybody saw that blood. They all thought it was real, but it was really a Genjutsu all this time. My plan worked, so after this I released the Genjutsu and left quietly.
Evil of the Demons

Right when I left the Hidden Village of the Storm. I had nowhere to go. Nowhere to find power. Until a mysterious man appears with cloths I have never seen before. I was very scared at first till he asked me what was my name. I answered back with saying Kratos Shinigami. Then he asked me to follow him. Which I did. He took me to his secret Hideout. It had about other ten members. The leader Kashaku Kagone told me this organization is called Akatsuki.
He then asked me if I wanted to join. I said yes. They took me under their own care to. They treated me as family. Ever since this day, I became a Missing Rouge Ninja known as Akatsuki. I was only 14 at this time. They gave me new cloths and much more. One day they asked me which village I came from. I said Hidden Storm Village, and they gave me a headband that looked just like the Hidden Storm Village....Except there was a slash threw the middle.

It was raining like any other day as people were walking around living in a secret. As they all feared their ruler, a mysterious man that they knew that if they had spoke out of term, well lets just say it would be a headless end. The people knew that they were to obey the rules to their village, or they will suffer at first, then they would die. The ruler will never show himself, so he will let his servants go to the house of the victim, as they will take he victim,and their family. The victim will be forced to watch his kids and wife getting torture, as he would have to listen to their screams. Then the servants will cut up the kids and wife so much, to a point where the person will break.
Then the servants will then get the ruler, as the ruler will stay in the dark, as the ruler will place a genjutsu on the victim, so he will be forced to watch every thing that just happened. Then this process will happen everyday as the person will actually go insane to a point where he would try to escape, but when he tried to escape the servant would then kill the victim. This would happen almost every day, as this made the people very scared. There would be some that actually said something, and actually made out alive, but that was something the ruler actually wanted only because he wanted the people of his village to know the horrors that happen in the village of Ame. That person did tell people, but what the ruler had expected came true, as every one knew that he was crazy and they did not want to speak to this guy at all. This guy was in hiding the entire time since he had left the cage that he was in. The memories still haunt him everyday as it kills him inside, but this made the guy really strong in his own mind, as he was someone that was really different. This guy surpressed his feelings as he become a cold blooded person,only because he did not want the insanity to take over.
The guy was in hiding for many years, as no one was really looking for him, only because the ruler kept a close eye on this particular man. He wanted someone strong in the mind, but there could be a chance that the person could try to kill his own ruler. The ruler knew that his motives were that and that only as the ruler knew it all alone, so he was going to do something that he knew will change this guys life forever. The ruler sent out his servants to get the man, as they went to searching for the man, taking him quickly. The man was confused as he knew that his hiding spot was sure that would no one would find it. This was also something that the ruler had planned, as he knew that there wouldn't be anyone stupid enough to deny the ruler himself. Almost everyone was a spy as they kept a close eye on the man. Everything that he thought he was doing, was going all wrong as the man felt that and he knew that another torture wouldn't faze him this time.
The man did not even expect that the ruler would want to speak with him. The man fell to his knees as he looked up and notice that he saw a guy in the shadows. The man looked at the shadow figure in front of him, asking the guy in the shadow in front of him a question that all would ask. He asked him why did he bring him here. The ruler stayed in the shadow as he knew that he was going to say that in the first place. The ruler asked the man if he would like to be his right hand man. The man started to laugh as he knew that something like that was not what he had expected. The man then stood up, but the guard takes a pole as he hits the man on the legs to get him back down. The man already knew his answer as he looked back up at the shadow figure, and as the man smiled he told the shadow figure that he will decline.
This was something that he knew that he would decline, so he had a trump card, he told the man that he would bring his loved ones back to life if he would become his right hand man. The man was in shock as he couldn't believe such an offer, and knowing that he wanted to see his loved ones once more. Well he knew that he couldn't refuse. So this was something that he had to decide quickly. The man gave up and started crying as he couldn't take the pain anymore, and as he looked up at the shadow figure, he told him that he would accept his offer. The ruler was pleased, as he then the guards took the guy and put him in a chamber. The ruler was pleased as he knew that he was going to sacrifice him to get someone very strong to join his team.
The ruler was in so much excitement that he knew that everything was going into plan. This was something that he had planned since he had started ruling over Ame. He wanted someone that was worth it, and knowing that this one person could surpressed his feelings as he went threw so much torment. The ruler was now ready to start part one of his plans as he was now awaited from his spies in another village, to see how many recruits he can get. The ruler was now waiting for that but he already knew that he was going to get something that he wanted most of his life. He wanted Rumiko Uchiha, Konohas Hogake. He wanted this shinobi for one reason and one reason only,but that would be told for a later time..
Time to start a plan that will make the world shake. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Days go by as the people were still in fear from the chaos that was going on. The people did not want to stay in the village, and they knew that by talking to someone that was an outsider, could cause them their life. Everything was in order as the ruler knew that he was happy with how everything was going. People in the world knew that something was wrong about Ame, but there were some people that were going to check things out. The bad thing about it was that the people never return back to their homelands. The kages of the villages weren't worried due to the fact that the ruler sent out a letter, stating that they are helping out the village. No one was worried about anything. The ruler was very smart about his plans as he made a lot of sacrifices for his own desire. The ruler was very evil to a point where he killed his own son, right after his son achieved the third tomoe sharigan. The Father then took his eyes out, and kept them preserved in a room with many other eyes that he had over the years.
No one knows his real plans or what he is even up to at the moment. The Ruler kept hidden for a reason due to the fact that he was someone that everyone wanted dead, but he wasn't scared, he was just waiting for his plans o fall in action. Something made the ruler realize something, that he should visit the Hokage, and have a simple chat with him. The ruler then made up his mind as he knew that was something that he wanted to do. He was going to Konoha and then he was going to go straight to the Hokage's office to talk to him about something very important, or it could be a little simple chat. Then something came to his mind, he was wondering how was the Kazekage of Suna doing. So he knew that he shouldn't go to a village and walk in freely. The ruler then knew what he must do, calling out to two of his servants. The servants approached their leader, as their leader told the servants to each of them to go to Konoha and Suna. Tell the kage of that village that There will be a special meeting held in the grass country. The meeting will be held in one week, now go. The ruler finished talking as the servants had left quickly.
The ruler knew that one of his plan was going to start, and he knew that the kage's would never refuse this meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ruler was someone who no body knew he name but the ruler was already informed that both of his servants trying to deliver a message to the kages. It seemed that some ninja knew about the meeting some how, but the ruler started to think about it, and he knew that the person who did the killing force the information out of them... This was something that the ruler knew he had to expect, but he knew that he shouldn't had left no regular servants to do this job. That was all that the shinobi had left. This was something that made him a little angry as he knew that he needed some shinobi to join him, and follow his orders. This was something that he knew that he should do something about it.
The ruler was now in the mood that he knew that he was going to do something that might change, but just a little. As he called one of his servants to approach him, as they went to their knees. " Yes Master?" One of the servants said as they had their heads down. The ruler was always in the shadow, as he looks at the servants he had in front of him, almost angered at the fact that his servants were weak. He needed someone strong,well he needed many strong. It was just hard to find people for some reason, people were very hard to find. The ruler knew that in due time he will be able to control many places, and he also knew that the so called kages will fall.
" You will have to tell the villagers of Ame something very important, first have them all meet together, then you are going to ask of them to bring their children forward, and you are going to tell them that you are entering the children in a training. Tell them that I would appear soon after. Just make sure that there is a tent, or something that you can put over my head. I don't want no one to see who I am. It is not worth it, for anyone to see me. I will show myself soon,but right now we are going to make these children stronger. Just stress it to them that I will not kill their kids. Just tell them that they will get to see them every weekend. The reason I will show myself is that they would believe me and this village. Now Go!" The ruler had said as the servants were dismissed.
The ruler was now in his own mind as he knew that he had to do something, as he wonders about the children, and trying to figure out if they would be able to survive this training course. The ruler needed more power in his village, as he knew that himself was the strongest in this village. The ruler was feared, and the most powerful, as he also knew that but at the same time the people wanted someone to stop him. The leader knew this as well, but since he already had control of Ame, he was going to get another minor village soon. The ruler was very sinister, as he wanted something to talk to, but to keep him company. He wanted a snake, a large snake that would talk English.
For some reason there was a vision in the ruler's mind, as he couldn't fully understand it. It was a young boy with the eyes of an uchiha. the boy then told the ruler that boy then walked over to the ruler and told him that he will get what he wanted but there is a small price to pay when you want something great. There is a catch, you will also not get what you want. Lets see what you choose. Then the boy vanish into the air, and this made the ruler wonder why did he had that vision in the first place. It was all weird to him but he already knew that something was going to happen, no matter what happens.
The ruler was now thinking about his evil plot, as he sit on his chair thinking about his plans for the future. ----------------------------------------------------- Word Counter: 2169
