Description: Truly a marvelous weapon. Titanium edged blade and diamond, fused with a mystical artifact called rainbow shell, this blade was crafted by a legendary traveling weaponsmith.

Abilities: This sword can send a surge of lightning through an enemy or their weapon instantly. It happens too fast to react to, and the enemy will drop their weapon instantly due to the surge, for it paralyzes their arm(s) for one post. However, it can also paralyze the part that it cuts. It takes 3 posts to fully recover 100% feeling. The first post completely numb. The second post, 50% feeling restored. Third post, at the end of the post, the arm fully recovers. The area of paralysis is large, able to numb an entire extremity. Can cut through one level below titanium, due to the lightning enhanced edge of the titanium and conductivity. Can also withstand the sharpness of the most powerful cutting blades. Thunder Surge has a 8 post cooldown between uses.

History: Lacey, while wandering within the jungles of Kusamuragakure, bumped into a legendary weapon smith. She bought this sword from him, using her grandpa's money.

The weapon smith, was said to find a mystical artifact called the rainbow shell, which stored a massive amount of natural lightning conductivity in and aroundthe shell. When forging it with titanium, to ensure enhanced (and also ever flowing) conductivity, and diamond to ensure almost inbreakable durability, the weapon smith created this sword that could naturally produce its own lightning. Thus giving birth to its ability, the Thunder Surge.

Appearance:

alright here are things I'm noting I need either confirmed or corrected,

• the weapon needs no charge up
  
• the weapon is indestructible
  

I need some explanations as well,

• what level of use is there on the second post after being hit?
  
• How large are we talking when you say the area it cuts?

No charge up, but has a cooldown.

Practically indestructible.

The surge only happens initially, then the cooldown. It just takes three posts for the enemy to recover fully from the paralysis area. Cannot be used in succession.

Just the body part it cuts. If it hits the arm, it paralyzes the arm. The leg gets hit, paralyzes the leg. If it cuts the chest, that half of the chest area is paralyzed.

I don't like this being an instant thing, it's too powerful. If the ability is instant, make the effects not take hold until the second post, but it can then last it's three posts. This ability will cost chakra, equal to a B rank jutsu.

Well, it has to make contact. It isnt thrown out from the blade. Also, I can add tothe cooldown.

That is true... well then increase the cooldown.

Also how is the shock created, that will determine if chakra is needed or not.
