The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Weapon Name: Amethyst of Hyperion or Amethyst of Poseidon (Depending on which of the two blades the jewel resides in. Nosferatu (A weapon I will create later on) or Kyokasuigetsu.
Weapon Type: A diamond.
Quantity: 2
Description: A gem whose color changes depending on the element of the weapon it is inserted into. Original color is purple until implanted within a weapon.
Abilities: This jewel, once implanted inside the weapon of choice will make the power of that weapon's abilities increased by 2x. So as an example if I were to implant the Amethyst of Poseidon inside my Kyokasuigetsu, instead of the spikes being 3ft, they will be 6ft. Durability remains the same. They do not have cool downs, they work continuously. Also, they are as hard as Titanium.
Another example would be if my Kyokasuigetsu absorbed 5 chakra without the jewel, it would absorb 10 with it. Is not compatible with weapons utilizing more than one element, nor those of non-element types. Cooldown times are doubled from what they'd usually be.
History: This jewel was created, using every bit of chakra Syn and other members of the Kenshou clan had for 2 years straight. The result was the transformation from ordinary jewels to powerful treasures.

Something needs to be cleared up about this, now that I read it. Its understood that it doubles all things, including cooldowns. However, do the gems themselves have cooldowns? Also, there is no durability factor to the gems? How easily can these gems be broken? This will affect price either making it higher or lower depending on the answer. There is no discount for your second weapon either..
For a gem to be as hard as titanium, this amethyst would have to be an actual diamond then. Diamond being the hardest substance on earth. That would make it a little higher than 9500 each. With it that, it would be in the ballpark of 12,000 each. 4,000 for the ability and another 8,000 for the incredible indestructibility.
