The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object that has been previously prepared. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: Academy Student Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range:N/A Description:This technique needs handseals. A basic technique which creates false clones of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking and disappear if directly hit.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Rank: Academy Student Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Description: This technique needs handseals. This genjutsu causes the user, including any equipment he may be carying, appear different. You can appear up to 1 foot taller or shorter. You may appear thin, fat, or inbetween. Otherwise, the extent of the apparent change is up to you. You could add or obscure a minor feature or look like an entirely different person. This jutsu does not give the user any special ability to mimic mannerisms, nor does it change tactile or sound aspects of the user.
Name: Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] Rank: E Element: Type: Ninjutsu Range:N/A Description: This allows the user to learn the speech of animals deviating from the user. Meaning, that this jutsu is needed to speak to any species of animal/insect/reptile, that is different from the user. This is commonly used for pets to better to communicate.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill Rank: E Element: - Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: This jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope. This jutsu works merely by inserting chakra into the rope, and requires no hand seals.

Name: Elemental Manipulation - Meditation Rank: E Element: N/A Type: Bloodline Limit Range: N/A Description: The user before a battle meditates for 2 posts. He charges up the elemental chakra he wants and can use it for the whole battle without running out. It doesn't need to charge because the body is linked with the elemental chakra so there is no need to charge. If the user meditates for one post only, he doesnt need to charge for 5 jutsus only. The user must remain still and cannot be disturbed.

Name: Elemental Manipulation - Weapon Rank: D Element: Varies Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: The user transfers his bloodline element into a weapon. Requires one post to charge. Hellish Flames: The weapon is coated with fire. D-rank damage Raging Wind: The weapon's strike speed is faster and can help the user jump in the air with a wind push. About 1/4 Yellow Lightning: The weapon is coated with lightning when hit gives paralysis damage to the body part for 1 turn Thunder: The weapon can parry long range shots by focusing a shockwave. Shurikens, Kunais, 1 D-rank attack which is long range, it can't block taijutsu attacks though the weapon can.
Name: Elemental Manipulation - Sheild Rank: D Element: Varies Type: Ninjutsu Range: Near Description: The user performs handseals. He creates a sheild of either Yellow Lightning, Hellish Flame or Raging wind bloodline element. This jutsu is better for raging wind bloodline users since the sheild is invisble to the eye. Hellish Flames: The user makes a sheild out of fire which is about the size of the user. Raging Wind: The user makes a invisble shield made of wind. He can make smaller versions of the sheild Yellow Lightning: The user makes a coating out of lightning on his body. It has a yellowish glow. The yellow lightning when touched gives paralysis of 1 post.
The sheild covers the body's height and can go up to 10 ft.
Name: Elemental Manipulation - Body Rank: D Element: Varies Type: Ninjutsu Range: Near Description: The user adds his bloodline element to his body causing these effects. 1 post charge Hellish flames: The body is more resistant to the katon attacks (D-rank) Raging wind: The body has the ability to dodge more quickly, by 1/2 Yellow Lightning: The body's speed increases by 1/2 Thunder: Nothing

Name: Yellow Lightning: Lightning Dagger Barrage Rank: C Element: Yellow Lightning Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Range: Medium Description: The user performs handseals. He forms in his hands a sort of mock dagger made from Yellow Lightning. The user then runs towards the opponent and stars to jab him with his hands. If the user lands more then 5 hits the opponents 5th hit's body part is paralysed for 2 posts. Cooldown 3 posts

Name: Elemental Manipulation - Ball Rank: B Element: Varies Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long Description: The user performs handseals. He then shapes a ball(s) of either Hellish Flames, Raging wind, Yellow Lightning or Thunder. He then fires at the opponent causing a type of damage from the different Elements. Hellish Flames: The ball is made of darkish flame and can cause B-rank burn Yellow Lightning: The ball is made of Yellow lightning which can cause an explosion and paralysis of the body part. Paralysis for 3 posts. Explsion radius 10m. Raging Wind: The ball is whitish gray, made of wind. Thunder: The ball is black, when the ball is released and hits the opponent it causes distortion in the movement of his legs and hands.
The user explodes the balls seperately, by his will.
Name: Elemental Manipulation - Clone Rank: B Element: Varies Type: Clone Jutsu Range: All ranges Description: The user performs handseals. He then makes from 1-4 clones out which have the ability to fight. The clones disappear after they have been hurt badly. Hellish Flames: The clones is wrapped in flames and can shoot fire bullets. 5 at a time. Raging Wind: The clones can dodge attacks and glide with the wind Yellow Lightning: The clones are faster and can do blind damage when exploded by the user. Speed faster then user by x2 Thunder: The clones can explode with a big shockwave and can paralyse the opponent for 3 posts. Cooldown 5 posts Goes till 10m. Shockwave length and height is by 20mX20m. The shockwave can blow objects, such as trees.
Jounin
Name: Thunder style: Plasma Beam Rank: A Element: Thunder Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long Description: The user performs handseals. He then starts making Thunder element and fires it like a kamehameha (refer to DBZ). The beam can also nullify another attack that is made of chakra or any other element. Though it nullifies it self also. Cooldown 5 posts. If the user nullifies an attack the users chakra goes down to 40% chakra. The beam goes till the opponent. Normal length is about 50m. Extended till 150m
