Personality:Etai is what some people would call 'crazy. He is stubborn, and slightly clumsy. He isn't the brightest bulb of the bunch, or the sharpest knife in the drawer, or anything in that matter. He is pretty paranoid, and has many mood swings, one moment being happy, the other wanting to kill someone. He is very hyper and funloving, though. He is very loyal, until he gets a better deal with stuff. He can be pretty decieving. Etai is also very protective, if he loves someone, than he protects them till the end. If he loses someone, Etai will go on a rampage till the end of time, he wont calm down.

Bloodline Ability:There are 3 stages within the Eagle Clan bloodline, each offering special types of jutsu within the bloodline. The main power of the Eagle Clan is the Eagle Eye and Eagle Eye Compass.

The Eagle Eye has the ability to target and lock onto a single opponent once blood is drawn from that opponent during battle. The vision of the Eagle Eye is similar to an Eagle itself. (Think of how far an Eagle can see.) Once locked on, the target and his/ her moves can be sensed ALMOST instantly. This eye is perfect for a one on one fight, and is perfect when it comes to fighting against an opponent possessing a Sharingan.

The Eagle Eye Compass is more advanced than the Eagle Eye. The Eagle Eye Compass, when activated, can sense anyone just by using the winds around them. Anytime someone moves within a 1/2 mile radius and disrupts the natural air flow, the Eye picks it up(This is mainly while tracking). During battle it senses anything within a 20 ft. Span. This is due to the constant change in direction, which affects the Compass' range drastically. The compass within the eye acts just as so, able to send the signal to the brain of the user to which direction the natural wind flow was broken or changed. If the user manages to stay perfectly still, the range can open back up to the 1/2 mile radius. Great for battling both one on one and multiple opponents, this doujutsu is legendary in books, but almost forgotten by many, since it hasnt been seen in quite sometime

Location: The only mountain in the region surrounding Shippuugakure

Clan History: The Eagle Clan is a mostly forgotten clan of Shippugakure, but was the clan that actually founded the village in creation. Once called the Guardian's of the Sky, the Eagle Clan was said to live on the only mountain in the region, living peacefully for many years. Though they created the village, they werent actually a part of its population, due to their love of high altitude and desire to be the defenders of the village's peace. The Eagle clan's Founder, Myria Edrick was responsible for this, her ideals of making a vast village to accomodate the vast number of people on the island to live in peace with one another, was the revolutionary that began what is known as the Village Hidden in the Hurricane.

The clan eventually became a big target, their legend sought after by many outsiders from neighboring nations. An unexpected betrayal within the clan, led to their demise, thanks to an attack by ninja corps from an unknown nation at the time. With limited survivors and a fear for staying in the homeland, many of the scarce surviviors fled to other countries, leaving the once proud clan in dwindled numbers


History

History: Etais parents moved from Shippu years before they gave birth to him. They heard of the fall of the clan, and mourned for days. Etai was born in a family of 3, him having one younger brother. He was crazy from the start. Etai always had a passion for ducks, loving their company every moment. His famliy eventually had to take away his duck related items, wich was pretty much everything he owned. He was driven crazy, spending hours at a time pacing his room, plotting on how to blow up the world. during dinner at his house, he would take his dinner plate, and chuck it at his parents face. They finally were fed up with him and his antics so they sent him in an asylum. There he grew even more crazy, talking to a rubber duck and muttering about random stuff to himself, and spazzing out sometimes. Finally the ANBU had enough with him and erased his memory with a jutsu, resulting in him becoming even more crazy, since not remembering anything about himself.

RP Sample: Dachou nodded, and silently ran to a marine room. He lightly opened the door, and paraded in, flinging his arms out and yelling. "The Prisoner has arrived! You may now bow down!" Dachou was surprised by his sudden burst of courage and strength, tdespite the fact that he'd been rendered foodless for a week. They all sat in shock as he entered the kitchen, grabbed 5 turkey sandwiches, and snatched a gun from the chef. "NIght Night buddy." He said with a mouthful, shooting the chef. He jumped out the window and started shooting everyone. They ducked and shot right back. Dachou kicked a table on its side and hid behind it while cramming down sandwiches. "BUH BAI LADIES!" He screamed than started shooting randomly. And then there was Dachou, and two Marine Grunts. Dachuo smiled wickedly. This was going to be fun, messing them up for life.

Dachou grinned, than released the bullet, jumping the the safety of the table. The Marines looked at each other, a smirk forming on their lips. The slowly crept to either side of the table, pistols drawn, and jumped on either side, blocking Dachous way. But he was one step ahead. He was already out the door by the time they realized he wasnt there. a pile of Gunpowder lay there instead. They looked at it dumbly, and then realized what he was doing. They stumbled to the door, but were to late. the pile exploded, sending them flying while Dachuo laughed away, eating his meal.
