The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Several years ago, all was right with the world. The 5 Hidden Villages, built hundreds of years prior at periods of times not so far apart from each other, enjoyed great prosperity and tranquility. It was thought then of the villagers, that this peace would continue on for years to follow, but it ended abruptly 10 years ago, when the leader of Sunagakure was murdered within his own village, the killer leaving a note on the man’s corpse that read:
“FOUR TO GO”
It was then painfully clear what this person’s intentions were. Warnings were sent out immediately from Suna to the other Hidden Villages about this unknown killer.
But who was this murderer? No one knew for sure just yet, but it was rumored that rouge ninja were joining this person to help achieve whatever goal he or she sought after. If the rumors were true, it was bad news for everyone.
It wasn’t long before Konoha was attacked next. The Hokage and his men were ready though, thanks to the time they had to prepare after the warning was sent to them. However, they were only expecting one person, not the 5 cloaked strangers that stood before them at the village gates.
Despite their unfortunate situation, they fought hard to protect themselves and their village. The battle was close, but Konoha came out with the victory in the end, locking the defeated men away for interrogation.
Meanwhile, Konoha sent messengers to the rest of the villages telling them that the murderer had been captured. As they did, they began interrogating the captured men, but no matter what methods of torture they used, they couldn't gather any info from them. Finally, the only information they were able to get in the end was that the leader of the cult was not among the 5 they had captured.
Shocked, the Hokage immediately re-sent out messages to the other villages. However, time passed and there was no news of this killer making any attacks. But why? No one knew. Some people believe he died, while others think he may be in hiding, or even that he many have killed himself.
The Plot...
Now, the villages live in alliance and peace once again.
Or so they think.
As the villagers go about their usual lives and shinobi graduate from the ninja academy, new criminal threats are on the rise. However, villages have been good at keeping criminal activity at bay.
Meanwhile secret meetings are taking place in an isolated area inhospitable to man as dark figures gather around.

So what is Naruto Domain? Naruto Domain is a free Naruto-based role-playing forum that has been under construction for about a year and is finally finished. The site was created by , with much assistance from two other members and .
What will you get from Naruto Domain that you may not get from another forum? For one, we use a leveling system here on Naruto Domain, but don't worry. The system is simple and very easy to grasp. It also provides room for a sense of character growth which several other sites usually don't offer. The rewards for leveling up are increased chakra and stamina as well as having requirements met to purchase certain jutsu, skills, and items.
Speaking of which, the site presents over three hundred Jutsu, as well as many Skills and Items for one to purchase using our currency system which will make it easier to add new techniques and such to your character's arsenal. Not that we're disregarding customs that are always allowed as well.
Despite the fact that we have our own original plot, we let the members choose their own shinobi paths, using the plot as a guide, allowing your character to make their own impact in this forum's story.
