[spoiler] Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu (Handseals) Range: Long (30 meters high X 50 meters long) Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particals and the Oxygen particals the user creates a large mist around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30 meters Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses enough power to considerably injure an opponent.. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 65 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. As follows: 10 chakra: Softball sized waterballs, Contusions, 5 'bullets' This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown.

Name: Water Release: Violent water wave Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Mid(5-20 meters) Description: Water gushes out from the mouth in a powerful stream(40 MPH current) and washes away the enemy. A direct hit can only cause contusions, but is painful, and pushes with 100 lbs of force. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique. Imagine this technique like a 'water gun' from pokemon. The stream lasts 2 posts. Also has a 2 post cooldown.
Name: Water Clone Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.

Name: Water Release: Water Prison Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self, Touch Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Raiton jutsu used on the sphere(C rank or above) will damage the user, more damage with higher ranks. This happens due to the electricity travelling into the users arm. Lasts 5 posts or until disrupted, 5 post cooldown.

Name: Water Release: Great Water Arm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Description: The muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is rather high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls(6 inches thick) and steel doors(3 inches thick). This jutsu can be cut off before the maximum duration is reached. The weakness to this is that lightning jutsu injures the user due to the arm being filled with water. If the opponent is hit directly with this arm, it can break bones. D rank jutsu can disable the arm for 2 posts, C can disable it for five, and B or above can destroy the arm completely. Can only be used on one arm at a time, lasts 5 posts, and has a 3 post cooldown

Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Long Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. This turns into a wave when the user spews an amount of water from their mouth, which expands into a giant wave of water, rolling forward at the opponent. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed(80 MPH), and attack the enemy, if swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the water remaining can be used for suiton techniques(This also applies for enemies who wish to use the water) As it is a B rank, this move can only create a small lake (30x30x30 yards). Doton, being waters weakness can defeat the move. C rank will weaken it considerably, and B rank and above will nullify the move. D rank and below will have no effect. The proper amount of handseals will be needed for the users rank. This jutsu has a cooldown of 10 posts, and can only be used twice per topic.
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short range defensive Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 metres high and 2 metres thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by 25 percent, B rank fire justu's are weaken by 50 percent and C or lower type fire justu's are completely repeled. B or higher lightning justu are can also break the this justu completly. Weapons like swords and kunai are not very affected due to the volume of water that the user creates kunai and other throwing eapons would be completly stoped due to water density and swords that are reduced in swinging power by 40 percent due to thickness and density of the water.
