Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: First Divinity: Weapon Creation

Type: Kenjutsu
Range: Self
Description: Charge time equal to handseal requirement. After the charge time is complete the users dominant hand, be it left or right, glows faintly with a whitish light. This light is pure chakra, which extends into a weapon of the users choice. The weapon is as durable as steel, and should it be bladed is as sharp as a katana. The weapon will only last five posts, with a five post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The weapons becomes coated in flames, which extends an inch off of the weapon. These flames are about 100 degrees celcius, and can cause mild burns, slowly worsening over time. If the same spot is hit four times the burn increases to first degree, eight times second degree, twelve times third degree. The flames do not harm the user.
Raiton: The weapon becomes coated in electricity, which numbs the area it comes into contact with, numbing literally only the exact spot where the blade connected. For three posts the victim can not feel the area struck, for two more they feel the pins-and-needles sensation of a sleeping limb, and after that full feeling returns.
Fuuton: The weapon is surrounded by winds, which extends the length of the weapon by an extra foot, and it's width by two inches. The weapon remains as durable and sharp.
Suiton: The last foot of the blade becomes coated in water, that lashes out like a whip each time the weapon is swung, adding two extra feet to the weapon. The whip feels like it is made out of steel, and can cause small lacerates with every successful hit.
Doton: The weapon becomes coated in rock and earth, which breaks off in sharp shards, that do very little damage. These shards break off on impact with any object, or when the blade is swung hard enough. The durability of the weapon also increases by 50%, though there is no decrease in the sharpness of the blade, should it be a blade.

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-25 feet
Description: Charge time equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of charge up a small ball of whitish light appears in front of the open hand of the user. The ball has a radius of an inch. This ball is then fired off at the speed of a gunshot, in a straight line. It only has the strength of a punch however, and does very little damage, though due to it's speed has a very high knockback rate. This has a post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The orb is now coated in flames, and is able to cause mild burns on contact. The burns are akin to touching a hot stove top for about three seconds.
Raiton: The orb emits small sparks of lightning, which causes sharp jolts of pain on contact with the opponent. Each shock is about as powerful as a contact shock when you rub your socks on carpet, and then touch someone, just it's over the entire body, in an arc from the point of impact.
Fuuton: The orb's size is increased to double it's original size, increasing radius, dealing more damage, simply to the larger range of impact.
Suiton: The orb is coated in water, which fires of a condensed beam of water, stunning the target if it connects, allowing the orb to make contact. This beam also has some slight cutting power, able to cut at maximum two inches into the body.
Doton: The orb becomes made of stone, increasing it's damage by fifty percent. This increases the power of the punch, breaking the skin on impact, whereas normally it would only bruise.

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-40 feet
Description: Requires a post charge equal to handseal requirement. This can only be used by a clan member who has a patron god. After the charge up the users body glows whitish, and they begin to give off small waves of visible chakra. These original waves do nothing, but after three have gone off, a large explosive wave of elemental chakra, combining the users three elements, is fired from the body at every angle. This wave will have a different effect for each of the combinations of elements. Though any will send anyone within forty feet flying a good ten feet away. This has a five post cooldown.
Katon: Small waves of fire roll off of the body, burning as a normal fire does, only this fire is unable to harm the user in any way shape or form, even should they be manipulated by another's jutsu.
Raiton: Large arcs of lightning fly off the body, doing very little, only jolting the person, as a loud sound might do to a person half asleep, only give a slight numbing sensation to the area of connection.
Fuuton: Waves of wind push both the flames and lightning, as well as throwing up dust, and any lose objects, causing scrapes and scratches.
Suiton: Waves of water roil off of the user, forcing the opponents back, causing no damage, but having a high current, strong enough to knock over most individuals, unless aided by a jutsu that allows for better stability/traction.
Doton: The ground rolls away from the user, creating waves through the earth, which each have a jagged peak, covered in many sharp rock spikes.

Chuunin
Name: Second Divinity: Blade Storm

Type: Kenjutsu
Range: 0-75 feet
Description: Requires post charge equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of the charge up the air above the user is tinged with a whitish glow, taking the shape of a glowing pyramid. This Pyramid fires off ten khopesh blades per post, for five posts for a max of fifty blades. These blades are as sharp as an ordinary blade, and move at 50mph. This has a seven post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The blades explode on impact, causing mild burns and fire on anything it touches. The explosion has a five foot radius.
Raiton: The blades are covered in electricity that has the power to cut into the human body, about two inches deep, inflicting massive amounts of pain as it does so. The pain is about twice as much as it should be.
Fuuton: The blades move faster, the winds pushing them, increasing there speed by an extra 20mph. This allows the blades to pierce an extra inch into the body.
Suiton: The blades are coated in water, which gives the blade an extra foot in length, forming a spear shape in front of the blade, as sharp and pointy as the blade itself. This added shape does not throw off the balance, nor affect the trajectory of the blades.
Doton: The blades become coated in stone, which protrudes off of it in many very small very sharp spikes, causing many small cuts and nicks on contact.

Name: Second Divinity: Healing Rite

Description: Requires charge up equal to handseal requirement. After the charge up the users hands glow with a whitish light. When the users hands are placed on a wound, even if it one of their own, they can ease the pain of it, and over two posts can heal cuts, scrapes, headaches, and other such injuries, four posts deep gashes, stabs and fractures. Five post cooldown.

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-50 feet
Description: Requires charge time equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of the charge time the ground around the user glows a whitish color. The ground becomes like sand, whitish grains of glowing sand blow around the user, and these grains are under the users control, attacking whomever steps into the glowing area. the radius of the cicle is five feet. Lasts for five posts, seven post cooldown.Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The grains are now covered in flames, that easily burn through leather, but not skin. They do cause mild contact burns, and can cause serious burns if repeatedly connecting with the same area.
Raiton: The grains are all connected by small bolts of electricity, which cause small cuts, and large amounts of pain on contact.
Fuuton: The grains flow easier, and faster, causing the cuts to be deeper, and longer. They now cut twice as deep, about an inch, and twice as long, about half an inch.
Suiton: The grains are surrounded by water, which slows the opponent down, cutting there movement speed in half, while making the grains 25% slower and weaker.
Doton: The grains are harder, more durable, and are able to leave five centimeter puncture wounds now instead of only scrapes.

Special Jounin
Name: Third Divinity: Bladed Sorrow

Type: Kenjutsu
Range: 0-25 feet
Description: Requires charge time equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of the charge up, ten glowing Khopesh swords appear around the user, floating in the air near them. These blades can be used individually as a single weapon, or combined in various fashions, such as one in either hand, while throwing them. These blades last for five posts, and have the same properties as a regular steel blade. This has a seven post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The blades are coated in flames that are hot enough to give instant first degree burns, and every consecutive hit on the same spot increases the degree of the burn.
Raiton: The blades are coated in electricity, which is powerful enough to stab one and a half inches into the human body, or make a slash one inch deep. The lightening arcs one and a half inches from the blades. The shock is now powerful enough to be felt throughout the entire body.
Fuuton: The blades are covered in winds, which make them move at double the speed, due to no longer having any wind resistance.
Suiton: The blades are now covered in water, and their size has been doubled. The blades all have a spear like tip now, which is as sharp as the actual blade.
Doton: The blades are covered in earth, which allows them to travel mostly unseen unseen through the ground, without any hinderance to them. The blades make a small bump in the ground where they travel, much like a burrowing animal. They can also launch five small spikes from themselves, which can do average damage, puncturing a few inches into a human body.

Description: Requires charge time equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of charge time The users body glows whitish. This light slowly enlarges until it is three times their normal size. It has the same general appearance as themselves, but it does not go into great detail. This is a battle avatar, it has all the same stats as the user, and while in this form the user can still use other jutsu. This form lasts for six posts, with an eight post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The avatar becomes a flaming image of the users patron god/goddess. The fire's are powerful enough to give first degree burns on contact. Increasing degree with each consecutive hit.
Raiton: The avatar becomes a lightning version of the users patron god/goddess. The lightning is able to be fired from the users fingertips, piercing into, but not completely through, the human body, able to pierce muscle, but only just chip bone. The lightening moves at fifteen feet per second.
Fuuton: The avatar becomes a windy version of the users patron god/goddess. The user can hover three feet above the ground, for a post, able to use gusts of wind to force back an opponent. These gusts each have seventy-five pounds of pressure for every square inch, and can push someone back fifteen feet.
Suiton:The avatar becomes a aquatic version of their patron god/goddess. They are able to send waves off of themselves at the enemy, forcing them back, and possibly becoming unbalanced. These waves have seventy-five pounds of pressure per every square inch, and can push someone back a max of fifteen feet.
Doton: The avatar becomes a rock and stone version of the users patron god/goddess. The avatar is now twice as strong as the user, and it able to fire small rock spikes from their avatars hands. These spikes are cone shaped, shrinking in size from four centimeters at the base, to one millimeter at the tip. These spikes travel at thirty-five miles per hour.

Jounin
Name: Fourth Divinity: Elemental Beasts

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-40 feet
Description: Requires charge up equal to handseal requirement. After the completion of the charge up a whitish glow forms next to the user. It takes the form of a glowing animal, whichever animal that they are the most compatible with, be it dog, wolf, bird etc. These animals are quite vicious, and will attack anything that is not the user. They are all about the size of a car, no matter what type of animal they are. They last for eight posts, with a twelve post cooldown. They can move at 55Mph, in whichever travel method used by that animal, ex: falcon would fly, lion would run. They can apply 80 pounds of pressure per square inch. Agility is based entirely on the type of animal they are. These beasts can withstand much punishment, twice as much as the average human can. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The animal is now ablaze, and becomes the sacred animal of the users patron god/goddess. The flames are powerful enough to give third degree burns on contact.
Raiton: The animal is now coated in lightning, and becomes the sacred animal of the users patron god/goddess. The lightning is powerful enough to pierce through the human body, so long as it does not connect with bone. Should it connect with bone it will badly chip it, but it will not cleanly cleave through it. The lightening can arc three inches from the animal, and moves at 60 mph.
Fuuton: The animal is now made of wind and becomes the sacred animal of the users patron god/goddess. The animal is twice as fast as before, and can make slashes of wind, moving at eighty miles per hour, which will cleanly cut a five inch long half inch deep gash.
Suiton: The animal is now made of water and becomes the sacred animal of the users patron god/goddess. The water is constantly leaking from the animal, creating a small ponds worth instantly, doubling it's size every two posts. This water is able to be used by the animal to attack, stabbing, slashing, even attempting to drown the opponent. They can control it to the point of hardening it to near steel density, making it as sharp as a razor, and it can move at roughly seventy-five miles per hour.
Doton: The animal is now made of stone and becomes the sacred animal of the users patron god/goddess. It is now twice as durable, and is able to travel through the ground unimpeded and unseen. It can also fire off large spikes of earth, which can puncture deeply into the human body. The spikes are cone shaped, 1.1 inches at the base, traveling three inches to the tip, which is one millimeter. These travel at 60 mph.

Name: Fifth Divinity: Judgement

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-100 feet
Description: Requires charge up equal to handseal requirement. After the charge up the user glows with a whitish light, a levitates two feet above the ground. Then from the sky giant balls of light strike the ground. There are fifteen of them, and they each strike exactly where the user wants them to. They are as powerful as getting a boulder dropped on you when it's moving at terminal velocity. They travel at one hundred and twenty-five miles per hour, and are a rough sphere that is twenty meters in every direction. This has a twenty post cooldown. Any member of the clan who has no patron god uses this form, any who have a patron god will have an added effect, based on their primary element.
Katon: The balls are now flaming, and trail fire. The orbs explode with a five meter radius, on contact with any surface, spreading flames everywhere, the flames are hot enough to give instant third degree burns, but otherwise spread and act as regular fire does. The flames begin to fade after ten posts, taking two full posts to fade fully. This form moves with the same speed as the base form, with the same dimensions, with an added inch of flame, and a foot long trail of fire.
Raiton: The balls are now bolts of lightning that strike down from the sky. They are an inch wide, and thick, and extend to the heavens in length, with enough power to temporarily shut down the brain for a post, and if four strike the same target the brains is permanently shut down. This moves five miles per hour faster than the base version.
Fuuton: The balls are now surrounded by massive wind pockets, two inches in size. These wind pockets allow the balls to fall without any wind resistance, increasing there speed to one hundred and fifty mile per hour, as well as slice deeply into anything it connects with. They have enough cutting power to slice a human being in half. The dimensions are the same as the base, except for the extra two inch layer of wind.
Suiton: The orbs are now made of acid. This Acid falls from the sky and burns anything it touches, eating through anything in two posts. This Acid has different dimensions, being more oval shaped, being only fifteen feet wide and deep, but being twenty-five feet in height. They fall at one hundred miles per hour.
Doton: The balls are now meteors. These do massive damage when they strike the ground, creating craters ten feet deep, with thirty foot radius. They will crush anyone they hit on contact. they are five meters larger than the base in all directions, and move fifteen miles per hour faster.
