The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Abilities: These blades have the ability to create slashes of wind with every swing of the blade. These slashes are powerful enough to easily shred through skin in the direct vicinity it hits, like a hot knife through butter, and tear through muscle tissue, with some difficulty like trying to cut through still frozen ice cream cake, even chipping bone minusing the previous forces, making it barely do any damage to the bone, at most a hairline fracture. This can be done twice a post, per blade, for three posts. Four posts between uses.
History: Andeddo's father had used these blades, and was going to pass them on to him, but he died before he got the chance. So he had given them to Andeddo's uncle, who passed them to Andeddo recently, on the day he was told to give them to him. It was a mixed moment, emotionally, for Andeddo. He was thrilled to have the swords of his father, and yet they reminding him too much of his parents, and caused him sorrow. This is the reason he has yet to use them, as they are linked to closely with a source of Andeddo's sorrow.

how badly can it damage the skin/muscle/bone? Shredding makes it sound like you are gonna wreck someone like none other and I know that cant be right so just a few short details should clear it up.

When I say shred I mean it, but only exactly where it hits, it cuts through skin like a hot knife through butter. Muscle is more difficult to cut, like a knife through still frozen icecream cake. Trust me, that is hard. Bone is like... well minus the force it already had, so it's like trying to cut bone while tired, you may do something, but not much.

ah okay, so shredding in the sense of an enhanced cutting power that butter cuts through skin and muscle with minimal cracking on bone. acceptable, add it in

okay, all I see left is mechanics. if I understand right they can activate their power twice every post each within three posts. and after those 3 posts there is a four post recharge time. Correct?
Also, can you activate one at a time or are they activated together every time?
Subject: Re: Sukui and Kyuseishu Sat Jul 16, 2011 1:28 pm
Its two per blade, for three posts. Meaning I can do it 12 times before the cooldown. And no, they don't need to be activated all at once, they can be spread out over the post, and not all of them need to be used up per post either. Duration activates the moment the first is released however, and if none are used but the first the cooldown still applies.

hmm, that can work for 12 uses before cool so long as its limited to 2 a post from each one, otherwise its gonna kill yer wallet bro. If Im right that its limited and the uses dont roll over to the next post then just put completion bump and we can do the fun part, pricing and paying. lol
