Personality: Jakub is known for his respect for everyone, yet his ability to command people. He has a very high charisma for his lazy habits. He finds pleasure in the simple things, anything that is even the slightest bit relaxing is a very fun activity. From birdwatching to playing some instruments casually, he is quite entertained by such relaxing things. He looks forward to his next nap usually. When called upon to do so, he will show his more commanding, badass side, in which he will do what he must to get whomever out of a bad situation. He is quite a scrapper when forced into battle, and likes to make witty banter, finding it dull when someone is 'too serious.'

His commanding abilities, lead him to have some serious skill in the art of strategy. He will usually take the easiest method to get out of a situation, then tweak it so that it has the maximum efficiency, then use it to get in and out of any situation. This standing, he can prove a quite intelligent mind when he needs to, being a great voice of reason. When not relaxing, he is usually figuring out whats next on his 'to do' list then doing it. If he can't get help to do something, he'll do it by himself, if he must. That is a motto he holds. He is a laid back person, but his charisma has cursed him to a life of adventurousness.

Bloodline Ability: There are 3 stages within the Eagle Clan bloodline, each offering special types of jutsu within the bloodline. The main power of the Eagle Clan is the Eagle Eye and Eagle Eye Compass.

--Eagle Eye--
The Eagle Eye has the ability to target and lock onto a single opponent once blood is drawn from that opponent during battle. The vision of the Eagle Eye is similar to an Eagle itself. (Think of how far an Eagle can see.) Once locked on, the target and his/ her moves can be sensed ALMOST instantly. This eye is perfect for a one on one fight, and is perfect when it comes to fighting against an opponent possessing a Sharingan.

--Eagle Eye Compass--
The Eagle Eye Compass is more advanced than the Eagle Eye. The Eagle Eye Compass, when activated, can sense anyone just by using the winds around them. Anytime someone moves within a 1/2 mile radius and disrupts the natural air flow, the Eye picks it up(This is mainly while tracking). During battle it senses anything within a 20 ft. Span. This is due to the constant change in direction, which affects the Compass' range drastically. The compass within the eye acts just as so, able to send the signal to the brain of the user to which direction the natural wind flow was broken or changed. If the user manages to stay perfectly still, the range can open back up to the 1/2 mile radius. Great for battling both one on one and multiple opponents, this doujutsu is legendary in books, but almost forgotten by many, since it hasnt been seen in quite sometime.

Clan History: The Eagle Clan is a mostly forgotten clan of Shippugakure, but was the clan that actually founded the village in creation. Once called the Guardian's of the Sky, the Eagle Clan was said to live on the only mountain in the region, living peacefully for many years. Though they created the village, they werent actually a part of its population, due to their love of high altitude and desire to be the defenders of the village's peace. The Eagle clan's Founder, Myria Edrick was responsible for this, her ideals of making a vast village to accomodate the vast number of people on the island to live in peace with one another, was the revolutionary that began what is known as the Village Hidden in the Hurricane.

The clan eventually became a big target, their legend sought after by many outsiders from neighboring nations. An unexpected betrayal within the clan, led to their demise, thanks to an attack by ninja corps from an unknown nation at the time. With limited survivors and a fear for staying in the homeland, many of the scarce surviviors fled to other countries, leaving the once proud clan in dwindled numbers.


History

History: Jakub, from birth, was a very cool and collected baby. He didn't cry for long after the doctor checked his vital signs, and mainly, was thought to be some kind of strange new autism. Sadly it was recommended that he be treated as such, and his parents pretty much spoiled him and scolded him for anything that looked like him dosing off. When he was put through testing around age five, he was declared something smarter. He was a young genius, or so he was told. After that, he had a whole lot more free reign over his life. He took this free reign and started learning some stuff in the library, a thing he'd wanted to do since he was three and could read, though at the time his parents were completely thinking it was just some of his random babble. From ages five through eight years of age, he read books, not just the silly children books, but some full fledged chapter books, even a couple strategy books.

And came a time, when he would find that one book that decided what he wanted to do. His clan's history book. There wasn't much left on his clan's history, and he was only able to learn a little bit at this point in time, but Jakub found what was there to be quite a read. The eagle clan being a dwindling clan... was a scary thought to him. But he knew that his ancestors were mostly great ninja, and to do his clan justice, he would follow their footsteps. From age nine, he was trying to master the basics of chakra, without being taught more than what his clumsy, yet level-headed father could try and teach. His father was way old, and forgot how to teach for the most part, being well retired. Even with this limited resource of knowledge, through the mixture of books and his fathers knowledge, he managed to learn some basic chakra feats, before the academy, learning the basic jutsu within that year. For the following year, he focused all his time on the awakening of his Kekkai Genkai. He had a bit of trouble grasping the eagle eye, though commendably, before the academy he was already able to activate stage one, transforming the color of his eyes.

At this point, he was a young prodigy, and at age twelve, he entered the academy. All year, he was showing off his skills, more to try and graduate early. His efforts proved fruitful, and he graduated within half a year. For the rest of that year, he spent time with his father, mastering the clan's basic jutsu. Age thirteen, and he is ready to get started for real.
