Personality: Kazuya is generally a composed ninja, though sometimes he can be cold and a know it all sometimes. Kazuya is a gentle person though looks like he is not.He has a kind heart, lives to protect his teammates and will never betray the one loves the most.
As a child, Kazuya was a quiet but playful child. Kazuya is a tsundere ninja, he sports a scary aura that makes most of the students wary of him. However, his innate nature is to protect his teammates, and his cold attitude towards those he loves is likely to push them away and keep everyone at a distance. He also happens to be a stickler for details. Sometimes when people mess with him or take him on like a baby, Kazuya will grab his opponent and squeeze him like a teddy bear.
Kazuya acts like the boss around kids. He will do things like tell them to be quiet if their loud or put a Genjutsu on them so they wont be able to get out of it. When he is with adults, Kazuya will ask them if they are retired ninja's. If they are he will know the he can obliterate him/her in one blow so he stay asks if they want to train with me but if there not he will kindly ask them "do you want to spar with me". When Kazuya is around his comrades, he will always ask them for a battle because he is very competitive.
When Kazuya is battle he like to wait for the opponent to come rather then him going to the opponent. Kazuya often uses his Long Ranged attacks against his opponent. Kazuya was a very smart ninja and also when he was in battle, he will start fighting and then gather some intel about the opponent and find out his weaknesses and strenghts and make his opponent struggle in the fight.
Likes: His Comrades because he believe that he needs to protect them at all times and will never let them leave on a mission alone and they respect him.
Fighting people because when he fights people, he gets stronger and gets closer to becoming the strongest shinobi in the universe.
Doing Missions because when he does missions he knows that the other Kages will give him more respect.

Motivation: Thing that motivate Kazuya is the current Leader of Village. He get inspired even just looking at him which gives him a slight power boost, although he wont be seeing him/her in his fights. He also gets Motivated while being close to his friends. He knows if he ever gets hurt by anything, he will be able to survive while his friends are there.
Fears: Kazuya is scared of Kenjutsu (Weaponry). Ever since he got cut as I child, he took an instant fear of weapons. He never wanted to be hit with weapons again, or use it against other people. Kazuya also is slightly scared of being the weakest among a bunch of people. He just stays quiet to avoid being noticed or just runs away.
Uchiha Clan Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Clan History: The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.
History: Kazuya’s childhood was anything but ordinary. He lived with his mother and father; two lovely people that surprisingly, genuinely loved each other. His mother was a seamstress in their village, and his father, Hwoarang was a Jonin for Kirigakure. Both of his parents were honourable, well-liked people. They did nothing wrong in the eyes of their government, and were attentive, doting parents to their children of five.
Having grown up somewhat in the middle of the pack (exactly the middle child, actually), Kazuya had never found himself lacking in love or attention from his family. They all loved one another, and in their little cottage just outside of the village, they lived quite happily. With four bedrooms, including the master, Kazuya grew up in a very close and intimate environment with his three sisters and one brother. Occasionally, when he looks back at his upbringing, he thinks that the feminine influence that nearly choked him as a child would have allowed him to gain a better respect for other women, or people in general.
He was a very studious boy and focused most of his time on his studies, however, he constantly faced obstacles whenever it came to weaponry. Recognizing the fact that he had none to nearly no talent in those two fields, Kazuya instead focused on the aspects that he had a greater strength in – Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. After barely passing in his weaker fields, Kazuya soon became a genin.
As a genin, our hero soon began to face adversity. After being placed on a team of 3 with other children who had been in his graduation class, Kazuya began to realize what it was like to be bullied. One of his male teammates found the fact that he could hardly use weapons hilarious and found extreme pleasure in invoking his weakness. Whenever they sparred, if Kazuya was gaining a slight upper hand, the boy would use a weapon that Kazuya wouldn’t be able to stop. This left the ebony-haired boy shaken and insecure. From these incidences, Kazuya slowly built a resistance to ignominy, causing him to become indifferent to anything that partially hurt him. This indifference, or aloofness, soon set him apart from others; isolating him. Sebastian then began to reinvent himself again, recognizing that he couldn’t pull away from others in case there ever became a need for support. Instead, he pulled on a charming mask and wore it like it was his forever, optimistic, albeit slightly nonsensical self. This “creation” of his, has stayed in place since, allowing Kazuya to float around multiple groups of people and listen to conversations without arousing suspicion. Only a few perceive the intelligence hidden behind his hooded eyes.
Sebastian eventually became very capable with both taijutsu and weaponry, which allowed him to cover his weaknesses. He focused more on speed and stealth, knowing that he would have to play to the element of surprise for him to be successful in most dangerous situations. His keen thinking and protection of himself while he competed in the Chuunin Exams was what, ultimately, lead to him passing and successfully becoming a Chuunin.
After completing the Chuunin Exams, Sebastian spent a lot of his time working with his strengths and perfecting his Keen Eye. In most missions he was assigned to, Sebastian was deemed the ‘sharp-shooter’ and spent most of his time, hiding his chakra and picking off rouge nin one by one. His skill with accuracy aside, the Chuunin decided he wanted to expand his arsenal of weaponry from just the most basic of knives and needles and began training with Kusari; the art of chain-wielding.
Having spent many years perfecting the art of kusari, Sebastian eventually was tested for the rank of Jounin. Just like every other test he passed, Sebastian was graded averagely, but with an impressed audience for his weapon wielding and physical attack patterns also. From here, Kazuya felt content in his position and has now only strived to perfect more weaponry skills. He finished his training with close-combat weapons such as punch daggers, brass knuckles, etc. and now he finds himself interested in reaching higher to heighten his Keen Eye, Stealth, and Speed. Soon Kazuya became a Special Jounin.
Kazuya was phyced but very serious because he was a talented Special Jounin. Kazuya went on alot of Missions and killed many shinobi. He even got some intel on some missing ninja. He was a fearsome shinobi. Kazuya was the best of the best. Soon after he became a Special Jounin, he trained hart to become the kage of the Shippuu village. He began his new track of becoming the new Kage of Shippuu.
Soon after Kazuya branched at the Shippuugakure village, he dreamed to take over a village or raid for short(Not Shippuu Villiage). He also dreamed to become a Sensei to a student, as he always loved being around kids.
RP Sample: The night was beyond quiet, the mounds of dirt lay still, their usual boundless chatter of how the earth moved and swayed, making them feel sick silenced by something unpredictable. The comfort of trees and cover lay barren in the area of nothing but worn out gravel paths and secret trails. It was different to be in this country, where secrecy was so important and yet nothing was hidden. It provided a challenge for the young man, who made her living by sneaking through the shadows and slinking away from trouble only she could stir up. A strong wind blew through the air, whistling in his ears and sending the thick layers of cloth up and around her, the fabric dancing to an unknown rhythm. It swayed forth, its movements crazy and unkempt before suddenly it settled down once again and the quiet was fully restored.
Kazuya had learned to walk without sound long ago when he was young and just learning how to survive on the streets. His family was filled with disappointments and other strong members who nosed into anything they could get their hands on. They were rats in her eyes, people who needed reassurance and one another to survive. It did not matter that she was born from their genes and created by the people she despised most because this man, gifted with silvery coloured hair was now powerful. Unlike his family who strove to be known and heard of, this man wanted nothing of the sort, and yet here he was, basking in the glory that he really didn't want.
