The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The mask is just your standard wooden mask, aside from the metal plate on the inside of it. It consists of three layers. Wood->Metal plate-> wood and is painted in a unique style, the red details almost resembling blood. The mask is strapped on with a leather strap(Like a belt.)
Abilities: The metal plate provides defensive qualities against low ranked hits to the face. The plated mask can completely defend against D-rank taijutsu to the face, and C rank taijutsu will be treated at the power of a non-defended D-rank. The mask will break against any taijutsu B-rank or above in a single blow. It also blocks normal weapons, such as kunai, shuriken and standard katanas. However, this only occurs if the user sacrifices 20 chakra and channels it into the mask. The mask has a 2 post cooldown before it can be used again.
History: The mask was crafted and bought at a travelling festival/carnival, and then painted by Apoc, using paint and the blood of the innocent(bwahaha)!

Plated Mask - Up to what rank of attack can it defend against? Low isn't good enough of a description. Give me all forms, whether it be ken, nin, tai, etc. It's weaknesses. What can break the mask? I'll price them at the same time...
The plated mask can completely defend against D-rank taijutsu to the face, and C rank taijutsu will be treated at the power of a non-defended D-rank. The mask will break against any taijutsu B-rank or above in a single blow. It also blocks normal weapons, such as kunai, shuriken and standard katanas.
Well with the understanding that D Rank Taijutsu are considered incredibly strong, your talking about reducing a bone shattering jutsu into nothing. That alone is 8,000 ryo. Add in that it can defend against a standard steel katana, that adds 4500, (Standard Katana Price). So your looking at 12,500 ryo. Sacrificing 20 chakra to block will drop it to 9,000. Add in a cooldown, and the mask will be even cheaper. However, the mask will be very vulnerable during the cooldown.
Cloak, bc it doesn't have anything special, 1000 ryo.
