Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

"Death is just the beginning."
Shi (Technique List) Undead10
Name: Summoning Mastery
Canon/Custom:
Rank: E
Element: N/A
Type: N/A
Range: N/A
Description: As the necromancer's knowledge of the undead improves, he is able to harness and divert more powerful spirits to inhabit the corpses of the recently dead. A necromancer who possesses this skill is able to raise skeletons, skeletal mages or anything else of a much more powerful variety. It improves the quality of a necromancer’s summons. Developing this skill also permits the necromancer to divert more of his will and energies into his artificial creations. This also enables the necromancer to create more robust golems and control them with greater finesse. This skill improves by paying ryo to reach the next tier.

• Tier 1 (Starter):
Skeletons: Necromancer can summon up to 5 skeletons maximum. The skeleton warriors are equipped with bronze weaponry: bronze swords, bronze spears etc. The skeleton mages can only use the primary element of the necromancer and lightly damage on the opponent with their spells.
Golem: The golem is half the size of the necromancer. Their regeneration speed is slow, it takes four posts for the golem to be completely back the state it was when it was summoned. Their speed is can be considered as fast as human walking speed. Whenever they hit their target it feels like a regular punch.
Others: Every other creature whose soul has been harvested by the necromancer is now 25% as strong as it used to be when it was alive.

• Tier 2 (5000 Ryo):
Skeletons: Necromancer can summon up to 10 skeletons maximum. The skeleton warriors are equipped with iron weaponry: steel swords, steel spears etc. The skeleton mages can now use the primary and secondary element of the necromancer and perform moderate damage on the opponent with their spells.
Golem: The golem is now a bit taller but still isn’t able to reach higher than the necromancer’s chin with their head. Their regeneration speed is moderate, it takes three posts for the golem to be completely back the state it was when it was summoned. Their speed can be considered as fast as human running speed. Whenever they hit their target it can knock them back several feet.
Others: Every other creature whose soul has been harvested by the necromancer is now 50% as strong as it used to be when it was alive.

• Tier 3 (10,000 Ryo):
Skeletons: Necromancer can summon up to 15 skeletons maximum. The skeleton warriors are equipped with steel weaponry: steel swords, steel spears etc. The skeleton mages can now use the primary, secondary and tertiary element of the necromancer and perform high damage on the opponent with their spells.
Golem: The golem is now a lot taller than the necromancer. Their regeneration speed is fast, it takes two posts for the golem to be completely back the state it was when it was summoned. Their speed can be considered as fast as human running speed. They can now knock out a target with a punch or break their bones where they’ve been hit or smack them away several feet with their hand.
Others: Every other creature whose soul has been harvested by the necromancer is now 100% as strong as it used to be when it was alive.

• Tier 4 (20,000 Ryo):
Skeletons: Necromancer can summon up to 20 skeletons maximum. The skeleton warriors are equipped with tungsten weaponry: tungsten swords, tungsten spears etc. The skeleton mages can now use the primary, secondary and tertiary element of the necromancer and perform high damage on the opponent with their spells. They can now also use the necromancer’s spells and curses up to B-rank.
Golem: The golem is now twice the size of the necromancer. Their regeneration speed is very fast, it takes one posts for the golem to be completely back the state it was when it was summoned. Their speed can be considered as fast as a shinobi running (which is quite fast if you’ve seen the anime.) A punch on the torso or head is able to fatally injure the opponent, regular punches can easily break bones. Their strength has massively increased which can partly be explained because the golem has increased a lot in size.
Others: Every other creature whose soul has been harvested by the necromancer is now 150% as strong as it used to be when it was alive.

Name: Raise Skeleton Warrior
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: D
Element: N/A
Type: Summoning (Kuchiyose)
Range: N/A
Description: Early on, necromancers learn to control the skeletal remains of deceased creatures. Invoking this skill causes a nightmarish jumble of animated bones to rise from a fresh corpse. Animated partially through their own will and partially through the summoned spirits of ancient warriors, necromancers often maintain a small host of these reanimated soldiers to do their bidding.

Name: Raise Skeleton Mages
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: D
Element: N/A
Type: Summoning (Kuchiyose)
Range: N/A
Description: Dead warriors are not the only heroes that a necromancer may summon to inhabit his creations. Many a necromancer regales in raising the corpses of long dead wizards and bending them to his will. Necromancers feel that this is the proof of the dominance of their particular branch of the mystic arts.

Name: Clay Golem
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: D
Element: N/A
Type: Summoning (Kuchiyose)
Range: N/A
Description: While it is fairly simple for a necromancer to animate dead tissue, it is another matter entirely to instill the spark of life into inanimate objects. The clay golem is the simplest form of this complex art, creating a servant directly from the earth to serve the necromancer. The intense drain this places on the psyche of the caster only allows him to maintain a single golem of any type at a time.

Name: Iron Maiden
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C
Element: N/A
Type: Spell (Ninjutsu)
Range: N/A
Description: This spell damns a target, condemning them to receive whatever pains they inflict upon others. The greater the skill of the necromancer, the greater the magnitude of torment the victim receives for his wrongdoings. This goes for the necromancer, his minions or anything else the target harms. At first the spell is harmless as it only bruises the opponent where he wounded another person but when the necromancer reaches B-rank the damage will be completely the same, at A-rank every damage on the necromancer is returned as 130% and and when the necromancer is S-rank the damage that is returned is 150%.

Name: Blood Golem
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C
Element: N/A
Type: Summoning (Kuchiyose)
Range: N/A
Description: Utilizing a small quantity of his own blood, the necromancer is able to give life to a creature neither living nor dead, yet formed of human tissue. This homunculus gains nourishment from the damage it does on his enemies, from which it replenishes its strength and the strength of the necromancer. With every hit he deals somebody it will replenish 10% health, increase 10% strength and speed of its own and the necromancer.

Name: Bone Spear
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C
Element: N/A
Type: Spell (Ninjutsu)
Range: N/A
Description: Also known as the Talon of Trang'Oul, this spell summons a long shaft of bone issuing forth from the caster and piercing any opponents in its path. Since the force of this projectile is mystical as well as physical it can pass through one opponent and carry on to the next, rending and tearing through whatever is in its path. It causes massive headaches, dizzyness, stomachaches and more than that it damages the target’s insides instead of their skin. The target is probably unaware at first but will start coughing up blood just seconds after the attack took place. The spear has a width of 8 inch and a length of 6 feet, it travels at a speed of 95 mph.

Name: Iron Golem
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: B
Element: N/A
Type: Summoning (Kuchiyose)
Range: N/A
Description: While many mages spend their lives devoted to studying the transmutation of base metals into gold, the necromancers have always had a somewhat different approach to transforming metals. Through complicated arcane rituals and great mental concentration, a necromancer can create a golem from common base metals. The construct takes on the properties of the original source material, including any magical effects or other properties the original metal might have possessed. The golem is even named after the name it had when it was just a mere metal. Once this golem gets destroyed or disappears it can always be summoned back forth because this golem has a “soul” which is instantly harvested by the necromancer to be used for later occasions.

Name: Decrepify
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: B
Element: N/A
Type: Spell (Ninjutsu)
Range: N/A
Description: This spell gives the victim a glimpse of his own mortality, briefly aging the victim. Imagining
itself with an infirm body of advanced age, the afflicted believes it is no longer capable of
youthful exertions. Lasts two posts. Effect: Target's Speed, Damage and Physical Resistance -50%

Name: Attract
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: A
Element: N/A
Type: Curse (Genjutsu)
Range: N/A
Description: This hex causes hallucinations in enemies which force them to stop whatever activity they were engaged in and aid the necromancer in his attacks. Battling their former allies with an unnatural ferocity, this is a vastly demoralizing turn of events for the enemy. The curse lasts for an entire topic.

Name: Bone Spirit
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: S
Element: N/A
Type: Spell (Ninjutsu)
Range: N/A
Description: This powerful spell briefly summons the spirit of a vengeful revenant. This skeletal specter immediately seeks out its objective, ripping free a portion of the target's soul and carrying it away to the plane of the dead. This is not a true summoning spell, however, as the necromancers have not yet determined how to control these wraiths. For now, it is enough that they are able to shield themselves and their companions from their wrath! It flies at high speed towards the target and is completely spectral therefore everything goes through it. It resembles the bone spear spell a lot but the damage is more spiritual, the target will lose 40% of their chakra. The spirit travels at a speed of 130 mph.
