The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: Oak wood, treated with varnish, and chakra. Steel strip on the forehead down to the nose. Also was forged with chakra, making both parts highly resistant to most forms of damage, and giving the mask it's ability.
Abilities: The ability to double the wearers senses, smell, hearing, and vision, only works on the first person to ever wear it. Requires 20 chakra to activate. It is then bonded to that person, and will only work for them. One side effect is that it gives the wearer tunnel vision, making them see only half as wide as before, completely eliminating peripherals, the vision one has out of the corner of their eyes, due to the mask's design, the eye holes are too small covering a portion of the eyes. Also damage resistant able to take 75 PSI moving at 80mph , due to being made with chakra pouring into it. Can be used for ten posts at a time, seven post cooldown.
History: Andeddo created this himself, a little while ago, after taking in a barfight at the Loki's Delight, and finding himself weaponless, thought it would be a good idea. He made sure to prevent theft by making it bond to the first person to ever put it on, and then instantly put it on. He now always has it hanging from his belt, next to his swords.

Ok well anyways, can't have it triple your senses, however you can double them. On a personal note though, a side effect that would be fun to see would be that the user has an irresistable urge to commit pranks on everyone he sees. That's really about it. Edit please.
