Abilities: This amulet has the ability to dispel genjutsu from D through B costing no chakra but for A it passivly takes 5 chakra and for S it passivly takes 10 every two posts and if he isn't under the effects of one it is just a harmless chakra pulse. When it does the gem will give off a small glow signifying it has pulsated.

History: Zenshi recieved this from his mother on her death bed and she found it on the day of Zenshis birth and kept it as a good luck charm until her death.

Yeah, every two posts it automatically does it without me being able to pick when it does so technically yes it has a two post cooldown

So even if you're not in a genjutsu, it's pulsaiting chakra waves?
