Description: A steel pole, one inch thick, three feet long. Turns into a steel blade, with a wooden and steel hilt, wrapped in leather.

Abilities: The ability of this weapon is to change between it's two forms, after the user commands it by saying, "By the power of the Gods, Reveal yourself". Another ability while in staff form is to be able to split into two sections held together by lightning chains. This lightning isn't incredibly powerful, but can numb an area the size of an average male's hand, for two posts, though this transformation only lasts for four posts, and has a six post cooldown. Changing into the sword can last indefinitely, but when changed back needs a five post cooldown before being able to switch again.

History: This weapon was made by a blacksmith of the Zeppeki clan, and Ana was given it for free, due to him being the leader of the clan. It matches his garb perfectly, and has it's uses in battle.

Well, the problem is that this weapon is a counter of itself. With the inner layers being made of steel, and the outer layer being rubber, how would this still be able to properly conduct lightning? If you hit someone with it in Im guessing nunchuck form, hitting someone with the rubber end would do nothing to the enemy. Also, how is such a small staff able to contain such large amounts of steel without someway to unlock the true form? For instant, Bleach Chant etc. A one inch thick pole couldnt hold it all inside it.

Where does it say anything about rubber? It's steel through and through... No rubber. And besides, the lightning does not cover the weapon, it merely connects the two sections. I shall add in a release phrase.

That's my fault. Thinking rubber when it says leather. Leather is what I meant. So only if the center section hits, it paralyzes?

Yes, only the actual lightning chains, if they connect the area connected with is paralyzed.

What is the charge time along with the chakra cost to turn it into the nunchucks. The chant I'll allow to be the ability with no chakra cost, but not for the other, unless your willing to pay more for it.

BTW, for future reference, don't wait to register your weapon the second the Chuunin Exams are posted. I makes it seem a bit like your waiting to see your opponent first before you register. Not saying you are, because I am your opponent, and it doesn't bother me, but it looks that way, and someone else may raise hell..
