Personality: Seiryoku has always been quiet and laconic by nature and because of that, many of the people who know him seem to be surprised when he speaks. He misses his late mother a lot and is often seen looking after the moon who she was named after. Seiryoku doesn't always make friends but when he does, he seems to be one of the most loyal friends anyone could have. Seiryoku would put his life on the line for a friend in a heart beat.

Likes: Watching the night sky, spicy foods and being the best.

Dislikes: Cloudy nights, sun light and sporks

Motivation: Seiryoku fights for his family and his village. His will to protect them is rivaled only by that of the Umikage Dominic Edrick.

Fears: Seiryoku's fears being buried alive and arachnids larger than he is.

Bloodline Name: Tenchi No Rikugo

Bloodline Ability: The ability of the Tenchi no Rikugo is an advanced Chakra Nature called Cosmic Release (Uchuton). The Uchuton is an advanced Nature made up of the Raiton (Lightning) and Doton (Earth). All Clan that want Cosmic release need Raiton and Doton as their secondary and tertiary chakra natures (or reversed). The chakra of the Uchuton Nature doesn't deviate much from normal chakra except that not only can it replicate celestial bodies, but it can also harness the energy from them to create jutsu such as the Arrow of Sagittarius (see jutsu below). One member every Seven Generations has snow white hair and dog ears much like the founding member of the clan. Those born with the dog ears have an extra 10% proficiency in Uchuton, but cannot use any other elemental ninjutsu. These members also appear to age faster and die younger.

Clan History: The clan started with one person, a baby, one who was still-born. Seven Generations before Seiryoku Gessekai, a baby was still-born. At the time, medical sciences were unsure of how to explain it to the parents and decided not to try. The parents of the baby decided to pray to the Goddess of the Moon, Tsukuyomi, for help. One the eve of the third day of praying, she came down to see the child with her own eyes. She decided to lend the baby enough of her power to last him a life-time. However her power twisted his appearance slightly. His hair turned snow white and his ears displaced to the top of his head and turned into those of a dog. All seemed normal until about 14 years later when he first displayed the Uchuton. After that, it was apparent that Tsukuyomi's power had more than just a change in his appearance, it created a new Chakra release altogether. He then spent the time until he was 30 perfecting the Uchuton, developing it into the modern version. When he was 32 years old, he married and had children. His children seemed to be normal, as if the gifts of Tsukuyomi had not been passed on to his children, however they did possess the Uchuton. In fact all 5 of them did. As time progressed they in turn had children and their children did as well. Seven Generations later a single child is born with the same traits as the original user of the Uchuton, Tsukuyomeo Gessekai.



History

History: It all started on a moonlit night sixteen years ago. Screams of pain resounded through the maternity ward of the Shippugakure Hospital. A woman of the Gessekai clan named, Tsuki, was in labor, giving birth to her first child. She was already fifteen hours into labor before the baby was born. Her son was perfect, looked just like his parents, except for the fact that he was born with dog ears and snow white hair. The miracle of birth combined with the miracle of the Gesseai clan, a boy born seemingly identical to the founder of the clan, Tsukuyomeo Gessekai. The baby boy was named Seiryoku Gessekai, the strength of Gessekai. The boy was taken home and was raised to be a ninja. At age 7 he was enrolled in the Ninja academy. While he was there he was a well behaved student but never seemed to get along with the other kids. All of the other kids thought he was weird because he didn’t have human ears. Another reason the other kids made fun of him was because of his inability to use many of the basic jutsu taught to all of the students at the academy and because of that, Seiryoku’s marks were average at best. When he was 9 the disaster happened, a massive hurricane hit Shippuugakure, a hurricane stronger than any that hit in the 9 years of Seiryoku’s life. His mother was out grocery shopping when it made landfall. Tsuki was trying to run home for safety when the hurricane uprooted a tree on the outskirts of town and flung it with such force that it flew across multiple city blocks at landed in the street where Tsuki was, crushing her under the weight of the tree. By the time the Jounin tasked with patrolling the village making sure that nobody was out in the streets during the hurricane arrived, she was gone leaving Seiryoku under the care of his father Tentai. After that Seiryoku worked even harder to get good grades in the academy and be a ninja that would make his mother proud. Seiryoku graduated the academy on the second anniversary of his mother’s death. Seiryoku began training extra hard day and night to master the Gessekai Clan’s Uchuton, the only chakra nature he is capable of using. Seiryoku is now a Genin ready to tackle any challenge he can, for his father, his village and most importantly, his late mother.

RP Sample: Seiryoku was lost in the forest around Kusamuragakure. He was lost in the forest because he was asked to head to Sabakugakure by the Umikage, Dominic Edrick. He was lost because his guide at night while he travels, the stars, were hidden by the clouds. As he was wandering in the labyrinth of trees and vines, a family of rabid boars appeared, each more than large enough to kill a man twice Seiryoku's strength in a single charge. Seiryoku thinks to himself I think that if I could kill some of these boars, I can bring them back to make the Umikage some bacon. Seiryoku draws his sword and begins charge chakra into the blade. The bulls react to the sight of the sword and charge at Seiryoku. He jumps up and uses the head of one of the bulls to spring board a leap into a tree as he continues charging chakra. The chakra in the sword builds to the right amount. He spins the sword over his head like the rotors of a helicopter. Eight comets fly out of his sword made of his own chakra. "Suuuuuuuuiiii.... Sei..." He says, holding out the first syllable as he spins the blade, the blade stops spinning and he brings it to his side as he says the second syllable. "Arashi!" he shouts as he leaps up and swings the sword forward vertically, arcing the blade in the direction of the boars. The comets arc towards the boars, who in fear of Seiryoku's chakra, are huddling together to protect themself, the biggest mistake in surviving the Suisei Arashi. AS the comets get to the boars, they begin orbiting the boars, much like being guided by a tornado. The comets hit the boars and explode causing massive lacerations and shrapnel damage to the heads of the boars, killing them all. Seiryoku bends over by the largest of the boars, the probable mother of the other 7. "This Boar would make great bacon for the Umikage." he said as he picked up the largest of boars to bring back to Shippuugakure. As he began to walk away, the clouds opened up revealing his guiding light back to Shippugakure, the stars and moon.
