Description: This is a Xanadu weapon specifically made for Vu.

Katana specifications:

Abilities: This katana relates to 'happiness' due to the explosions being made within the opponent's body are giving off the feeling as multiple fireworks, as well as the same image seen from the user's perspective and non-victim's perspectives.

The katana is able to, if the opponent has been impaled with this specific katana, leave small shards of the katana behind in the opponent's body. At first, this won't seem the case, and the missing shard isn't able to be seen with the naked eye within the katana itself. Unfortunately for the opponent; once the shard is in, it cannot be removed, unless the opponent plans to remove a part of his body in order to do so.

It takes a while for the shard to do what it's supposed to do. The effect the shard has on the opponent's body is that after a while, the shard will immediately explode after emitting some light from the opponent's body. This explosion is strong enough to create a hole within the opponent's body, as well as creating a 'shockwave' within the opponent's body which is able to cause a turbulance to the opponent's organs, creating temporarily organ pains. A maximum of 10 shards may be used.

Exact damage done:

When the opponent has a shard located in the center of his upper body, there is a chance that the explosion of the shard will expand over his entire body, meaning that every bone and organ in his body will be obliterated when he's still alive, but of course will be dead afterwards.

However, when a shard gets in a different location, the outcome will be different as well.
A small example of this situation:
When the opponent gets, for example, a shard in the leg, the explosion will simply reach out over that entire leg, obliterating every bone within it.

History: There isn’t much known about this mysterious katana. The baby, Xanadu Vu, has been carrying it with him without any reason from his birth. It may be something what people call his ‘birthright’ due to him being a Xanadu. Throughout the years, he learned how to handle the sword, as well as its purpose. At first, he was shocked to find out the abilities behind the katana. But what surprised him more, is that no one even ever know about the katana. It’s like it was specifically made from here; that it materialized right when he was born and linked to his very own soul. Vu doesn’t really care about the history behind it, nor how he got it. All he knows is that it’s a powerful katana that could prove useful in very desperate situations.

Appearance:

I believe this would require some indication of activation and does this use chakra?

The user will focus his own chakra in order to activate this. The force of Vu's chakra will cause a tiny crack within the blade, causing the shard to loosen up and be left behind within the opponent's body. From that point on, the shard has been infused with Vu's chakra and has become some kind of time bomb.

So I suppose this does use chakra, yeah. But just to leave the shard behind in the opponent's body.

Alright since its a shard, of course there should be a limit to how many shards your blade that release before being fragile enough to break under pressure of blades clashing.

And within the 5 posts, what would the person that has a shard inside them feel? Nothing at all? No changes or anything?

Let's see. Since they're very tiny shards, but also not to make it too overpowered, I suppose 5 - 10 shards will work. Also because with every shard the katana will become more blunt.

I suppose, to make the opponent aware of what's happening, a slight sting of the shard being stuck in the opponent's flesh will be felt.

Please add that in. How large is the explosion and how much chakra will be used? Will it require a charge time(In terms of concentration)?

Added the maximum amount of shards in.

No charge time needed, but this is in order to compensate for the amount of cooldown posts. When the katana gets out of the opponent's body, the shard will be left there.

Thinking of this katana's ability, I would say an amount of 30 - 35 chakra needed to leave the shard behind.

How large is this explosion then? Is it a concentrated explosion or like the ones where we just bomb a large area but the damage is dispersed?

It's a concentrated explosion.
The explosion just specifically focuses on damaging the insides of the opponent, and in no way is able to range out of the opponent's body.

Since its concentrated can it blow up the whole body if lets say the shards are on the feet? If no, then what is the blast area and also damage to those near to the blast area?

The people near the opponent will just be blown away, getting just very slight damage due to the shockwave that's made.

The opponent's flesh will never be touched, except for the impaling part.
The explosion will just cause damage to his bones and internal organs.
So in a sense, the body will never actually completely explode, just the insides.
