Description: A basic katana made of steel alloy measuring 3 feet long and 4 inches wide. The blade itself is silver in color and the handle is gold wrapped in powder blue ray skin. The hand guard is a square shape with perpendicular lines crossing into the handle.

Abilities: The First Ability is that for 20 points chakra, it can produce a wind barrier around the user that protects him for 2 rounds from all D-Rank Fire techniques, B-Rank Lightning Techniques and all other C-Rank techniques. The barrier is passive once per topic.

A C Rank Fire can completely dispell this barrier and the enemy takes full damage, along with a B rank of anything else, and an A rank lightning tech can still bust through it.

History: This sword belonged to the military leader of Cherry Blossom Country before the ninja hierarchy was enstated, this sword was sealed away for 800 years before Tatsumi found it while travelling through the country. He was amazed at the ability to be able to block attacks, he knew this weapon was something he was going to keep, because this ability would be something great and it could really be put to good use. He had a smile on his face everytime the ability took affect. He couldnt help it. The lok on people faces when it take affect, be so shocked.

They said that the military leader that was said to own the blade was a powerful and smart person. Everyone was surprised when they had saw Tatsumi with the blade, everyone thought that only a ninja who had a something about them that was smiiar to the general. Tatsumi was lucky that he had found the blade because he was in the heat of battle with a monster and if he didnt use the blade he would of had died,

Ok, let's talk about this sword for a minute before I start. You do realize, that with these two abilities, that the sword as it looks now, is going to cost you around 80,000 ryo. With that said, allow me to start.

Barrier - So only D rank fire, all of C Rank jutsu and B Rank Lightning? So its a wind barrier then? Because you have stated the wind element's weakness which is fire, and strength vs. which is Lightning. It'll be a once per topic use, not a six post cooldown. Do you have to charge chakra into the blade first or is it passive?
