If fired from point blank range its would leave a very fatal wound but if it were fired at an arm or an leg then it would be able to go through it. C-Rank fire can stop it, B-rank Lightning techniques can also top it. It also dosent take up any extra chakra to change the direction of the wave.(upgrade)

(upgrade) The First Ability is that for 30 points chakra, it can produce a wind barrier around the user that protects him for 2 rounds from all C-Rank Fire techniques, B-Rank Lightning Techniques and all other B-Rank techniques. .A C Rank Fire can completely dispell this barrier and the enemy takes full damage, along with a B rank of anything else, and an A rank lightning tech can still bust through it. Over time tatsumi learned how to control the sheild and is able to use it when he choses and is able to you it 2 times per topic.(Upgrdae)

History: This sword belonged to the military leader of Cherry Blossom Country before the ninja hierarchy was enstated, this sword was sealed away for 800 years before Tatsumi found it while travelling through the country. He was amazed at the ability to be able to block attacks, he knew this weapon was something he was going to keep, because this ability would be something great and it could really be put to good use. He had a smile on his face everytime the ability took affect. He couldnt help it. The lok on people faces when it take affect, be so shocked.

They said that the military leader that was said to own the blade was a powerful and smart person. Everyone was surprised when they had saw Tatsumi with the blade, everyone thought that only a ninja who had a something about them that was smiiar to the general. Tatsumi was lucky that he had found the blade because he was in the heat of battle with a monster and if he didnt use the blade he would of had died,

first upgrade: You can not cut someone in half with a C rank tech. For that kind of power, at point blank range, I should be at least B rank. Also this ability will cost the same amount of chakra as a B rank tech would.

Second ability: Can this defend against melee combat as well, or would a sword/fist pass through it without being stopped?
