The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The blade is a simple steel katana with a 3 foot long blade. The hand guard is gold in color and also made of steel. The sturdy steel handle is wrapped in a dark blue ray skin for a comfortable grip. The scabbard is iron painted an ocean blue color with a decorative design intended to give off the feeling of rain.
Abilities: The blade is sturdy and can withstand the force of techniques 3 C Rank, 2 B Rank or 1 A Rank. An S Rank jutsu would destroy the sword immediately. A C rank after the other ranks (3 other C ranks, 2 B ranks or an A rank) will destroy the blade. The sword can easily take hits from swords of equal or inferior material however the blade scratches and slowly degrades towards a breaking point when faced with harder material. It can repaired for half the price paid for the weapon plus a 300 word RP.
History: Zephyr found this sword while traveling through Heat County on vacation with his parents. He wandered off and accidentally stumbled upon a patch of soft dirt, upon investigation, the ground came out from under him. Turns out, it was an unmarked tomb of the last master of a kenjutsu style lost to time thousands of years ago. Oddly, for an underground tomb, there was a long decorative fountain system made of recirculated water. As Zephyr investigated further he found a main chamber that looked oddly like a kenjutsu dojo. On the far side of the chamber was a wall with a cut out slot, where the ashes were kept, however in front of that was a sword and a scroll, left in a manner that was intended to be found. Zephyr took them both and left. The scroll itself contained the forms of the lost kenjutsu style, and the sword, though unknown to Zephyr at the time of it's discovery, contains a secret ability.

OK, I must make it clear. There has been a change on weapons with abilities. There is now a standard 20,000 ryo fee for special ability weapons. It was a decision brought forth only recently. So, I must ask, are you going to be able to come up with this 20,000 ryo within seven days? If not, you may want to hold it to a standard blade and attempt to upgrade it later.
There will be no fee like that for things like a little extra durability or slightly increased cutting power. If u wish to do that, you may. Go ahead and make your edits and bump, then we will continue...
Three C ranks or 2 B Rank or one A rank. S rank can still shatter it. Make sure you understand that you also need to add how durable it is vs. another blade itself...
The three hundred strikes is a bit too high to calculate. Just talk about the cutting power of a stronger blade. How does this sword rack up against a sword that can supposedly cut through it?
