The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Spider War Bow: Mobile Shooting Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Description: Requires charge equivalent to handseals. After the user activates Spider War Bow: Terrible Spit, with a sacrifice of 10 extra chakra(plus 5 from using this jutsu) to be able to move freely while using the bow. Accuracy is decreased by 1.5x normal accuracy. Active as long as War Bow is, cool down is the same as Spider War Bow(5 posts).
Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
Name: Ikimuno Benkuo Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.
Chidori

Name: Chidori (1000 Birds) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Touch Description: Minimum Chunin to use. The user channels an extreme amount of raiton natured chakra into their palm, so much in fact that it takes on physical form and "erupts" from the hand into what appears to be a scaled down version of a lightning storm.The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. When the technique is activated the user has two chances to hit their opponent, one in the post it is activated and one the round directly after, however if you miss the first time and have to use your second shot the power is considerably lower. If you land a hit the first time the Chidori dissipates and the second shot is unusable.
To actually begin the technique itself there are two ways, which way you use depends on your power level (rank). Chunin and Special Jounin spend the first round performing hand seals and then spend the rest of the time they need to use an A rank jutsu charging raiton style chakra into their palm. For Jounin, S ranks and SS ranks the hand seals are able to be skipped due to their higher understanding of chakra control, they are only required to charge raiton chakra into their palm for the same time it takes them to use an A rank jutsu.
First Strike After the activation of the technique the user charges forward and thrusts the technique into their opponent, the slicing power of the Chidori is enough to cut trough any material with ease. When the technique hits the opponent the shock is enough to light up their insides with third degrees burns, rupturing organs and frying muscle and nerve tissue. This level of damage will normally kill someone within one to two posts. Due to the power level of the first strike the user is able to, and normally will, send their hand straight through their opponent's body to leave the lightning behind in the "sealed abdomen". When this happens the user is required to remove their hand from the opponent's body in their following post.
Second Strike Exactly like the first strike the user charges towards their intended target and thrusts their hand into the target. The second strike is made possible however by using the energy that would have caused the condensed lightning storm inside to rupture organs and burn the insides, thus this effect can not be achieved on the second chance. In addition due to the losing of power the user is unable to send their hand all the way through an opponent, they are only able to make an attack deep enough to go halfway through the chest cavity. In addition since the mini storm isn't there only the reduced version of the cutting power is left, so the insides can't be lit up. This results in only the area actually hot by the hand being damaged.
This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use Chidori once more, it can be recharged a maximum of three times in a week, an attempted start of a fourth will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.

Name: Demonic Spider Release: Opening of the Third Eye Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai/Dojutsu Range: Self-300 yards Description: Passive. The user opens the third eye located on their fore head. When the eye is open it allows the user to increase the accuracy of long ranged weaponry along with the range it can be used by x2 of the original range(50 yards would become 100 yards). The eye also has the ability to stay open, constantly following the a single target, while giving the user user power to blink with their normal set of eyes. The third eye can only stay open for 10 posts. Must pay 5 chakra to close after 10 posts, if not the lose 50% vision in the eye permanently after one post, 75% after 2, and 100% after 3 posts. 4 post cool down.
Genin
Name: Web Lines Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: 0-50 yards Description: Passive. The members of the Htiogumo clan have the ability to shoot web from their hands that the can swing from and pull themselves with it. As rank increases so does the size of the web.
The webs created can only support the weight of those who used it. No handseals 7 posts. 4 post cool down.
Name: Spider Art: Sticky Gold Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: Self (0-10 yards) Description: Charge equal to hand seals required. After the charge, the user of this jutsu uses their Kekkai Genkai powers to create a web((6ft)Lx(5ft)W). When trapped in this web it takes 2D Rank jutsu or 1C-S to break free from the web. If they can move, its at 50% movement. Another option instead of creating a web is that the user can also chew the web in his mouth and create six shurikan-like objects that can be thrown toward the opponent. These shurikan are treated as the same strength as a normal shurikan. Sticky lasts for 2 posts 4 times per topic. 3 post cool down.
Name: Spider Art: Sticky Spit Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: 0-30 yards Description: Hand seals required. After hand seals, the user emits a set sticky webs (5 webs) from their mouth toward a target. These webs travel at 30MPH and stick to the first thing they touch. If the target is hit, the web will slow his movement by 25% and stick them to any surfaces that may be directly behind them. Each web can easily be avoided and broken by kunai and shurikans. 4 times per topic. 2 post cool down.
Chuunin
Name: Spider Art: Web Binding Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: 0-15 yards Description: Hand seals required. After hand seals, the user spits a wide web(8ftx8ft) at his opponent. The web can cover the whole body of the target and pin them to the ground, a wall, or an other surface behind them. Once trapped the opponent is trapped they are at 50% movement for 1 post until the web loses it chakra flow. The web can also be escaped from by a surge of chakra(30 Chakra). 3 times per topic. 2 post cool down.
Name: Spider Art: War Bow Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: Self Description: Requires a construction time of 1 post charge. This skill forms a large bow, six feet in size that can shoot up to 75 yards. The bow requires the use of Terrible Spit to make arrows. Anything can that can break steel, breaks this bow. While using the bow, the user must be immobile. Twice per topic. 8 post cool down.
Name: Spider Art: Terrible Spit Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: 0-75 yards Description: 1 post charge per 2 arrows, charging to a max of 6 arrows. After the charge, the user creates arrows for the War Bow by emitting a strong web from their mouth. Only six arrows are created per topic, 4 normal arrows and 2 arrow with a drill tip for added penetration(Charge for 2 and 3 posts). The arrows can shoot through human flesh and pierce the abdomen, but not go completely through the body. Only the arrow with extended penetration can pass through the human body, leaving a clean hole in the body where it passed through. This jutsu is used in conjunction with the War Bow. After all arrows have been used the bow falls apart. Twice per topic. Cool down of 8 posts.
Special Jounin
Name: Spider Art: Armor of Gold Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: Self Description: Passive. If attacked, the user emits a hard shell of web from their pores that forms an inch thick shell of protection where they are being attacked(Cover complete arm or leg, full chest plate, etc). This shell can block normal punches and kicks for 3 posts or up to B Rank with no damage, and lessens damage of A(A=B) by one rank and S(S=A) by one rank. The armor becomes brittle and falls apart after 3 posts Can stop weapons like kunai, but is broken by kunai. Slows the user by 20% Twice per topic. 6 post cool down.
Name: Spider Art: Rain of Spiders Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: Based on webline range Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After the charge, the user spits a web sac that contains 20 spiders the size of a soft ball. The throw the sac and it bursts on contact, releasing the spiders. Each spider creates a web line equal to the users rank(Refer to web line jutsu). The created web lines are shot in a straight lines that stick on contact. They can be used to create a trap of many webs surrounds the opponent, like a set of infrared lasers protecting a diamond, and limit the enemy(s) movements by 75%. With the expense of 40 chakra the opponent can break free from the 'prison'. Twice per topic. 7 post cool down.

Name: Spider Art: Unrolling Web Trap Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: 0-100 yards Description: Hand seals required. After hand seals, the user does emits a condensed ball of web from their mouth at 50MPH. When the web lands, it explodes into a lard 100 yard forest with little space between web lines(7ft). The web is sharp as razor blades, cutting into the skin only a small amount, but tears more as the enemy struggles(The more they move, the more damage it does), eventually cutting through muscle from cutting in the same location. twice per topic. 10 post cool down.
S-ranked
Name: Demonic Spider Release: Great Spider Rush Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: Self Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After charge, the users body undergoes a transformation, fine dark hairs cover their body(User picks color) and their normal hair turns white. The strength of web created in this state is as strong as triple reinforced steel, making it harder to break. The users speed and strength are increase x2 their base speed. Once per topic. 7 day cool down.

Name: Hitogumo Secret Scrolls: The Spider Shriek Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Sound waves(25-30 feet) Description: After handseals, the user lets out a massive high pitched shriek. When the opponent comes in contact with this sound, it triggers the genjutsu. The victim thinks and feels like they are trapped in a spider web were a large spider comes and begins to feed on them. In reality, the victim is stationary and the user can move five feet and use their arms, but for the most part remains still. Lasts 1 post of total lock down, then the victim can move his limbs freely but is still in the illusion for 2 more posts. Broken by C+ rank Kai, or until pain is inflicted. 2 post cooldown required.

This stone allows for punches 1.5x stronger than the normal strength, slows the users speed by .5x the normal. Stone lasts 4 posts, or until a blast from a C+ rank taijutsu, ninjutsu, or weapon. 2 post cool down after deactivation.
Name: Zodiac Release: Tail of the Scorpion (Astrological) Rank: B Element: - Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to Medium Description: Upon the release of this jutsu, the user creates a scorpion tail made of cosmic chakra that extends out to roughly 10 feet. The tail arches around the user much like a real tail and gives the user the attack methods of the creature. The Tail can slash and stab 3x faster than a regular human swing, making the tail potentially lethal if the attack hits a vital part of the body. Lasts 6 posts. 7 post cooldown. Handseals.
