| The Sprint would need a Max MPH for an official speed to be determined. Five times someones speed can vary from person to person...
Same applies for the swing. The force still needs a speed.
Also, is there any vulnerability to you while you perform these moves? As the rank of each move increases, it would probably drain you would it not?

| 180 MPH max for the speed I guess
The force of the swing would have a speed of about the max speed of sprint {180 MPH} and the force would be around 11120.55405 neutons {about half the bite force of a crocodile}
I guess there can be a system for tai moves in this style
D rank - 25 uses per topic
C rank - 20 uses per topic
B rank - 15 uses per topic
A rank - 10 uses per topic
S rank - 5 uses per topic
{I included higher ranks in case more are made in the future} |

| Ok, at 180 mph, your basically as fast as a NASCAR stock car. The fact that I love racing, will kind of put in perspective. At 180 mph, you'll be able to run 1 1/2 miles, in roughly 19 seconds. That would also means any point blank move is practically impossible and it wouldn't match the rank set forth. I'll give u 90 mph like a highway car since that is more believable at c rank.
We will base the swing on baseball. I pitcher has an average fastball of the same speed as a maxed out car. Your swing is once again as fast as an 800+ horsepower NASCAR stock car and at point blank range is practically both undodgeable and unblockable. But bc it is of higher rank, the speed will be based on the rare 100 mph fastball in baseball. Given its b rank, ill allow an extra 15 mph, totalling the it at 115 mph. The crocodile part is fine. |

| Name: Champloo Style: Roll Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: medium Description: This is a showing of true strength of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with thighs of normal size but solid as stones and abs like a washboard, the ability granted here is being able to roll one's body at an extreme speed so that it can be a degree of a weapon in itself. The user first "trips" forward and begins their roll which quickly becomes a spinning blur with the appearance of a circular saw blade almost. This spin goes at speeds 150% the normal speed of the user and is able to clash with steel and dent it to almost the breaking point. This spin can keep going for up to four rounds and has an eight round cool.

| its like kicking the tire of a car while its moving qiuickly, it may fall over but you wont get off uninjured. Meaning like if Im spinning and someone kicks me from the side then if they got a good direct shot I'd be knocked off balance yes but they would probably fracture their foot. |

| Name: Champloo Style: Push Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Touch Description: The user builds up a moderate level amount of chakra into his fingers to perform this technique. The user places a closed fist on the target's body either by punching them or simply by touching them with it and then releases the chakra all at once for a short burst of power that sends the affected person flying through the air. The target is launched at 30 mph and goes fifty feet before falling to the ground. Unless the user actually uses a forceful punch this causes nothing more than pain in the chest, it is meant more to puut space between the user and the target and possibly slam them into the surroundings than to be a physical assault in itself. One round charge and three round cool.
Name: Champloo Style: Spin Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Touch Description: The user uses an extreme amount of control over the muscles in the abdomen and legs to fall backwards and start rotating at a rapid speed. At full speed the users is rotating their body all the way around twenty times a second, their legs moves around so that there are no openings left for the enemy to strike while they are performing the technique. Each of these kicks are enough to break a bone if the enemy gets to close but the user can't move while spinning. The user can spin for a maximum of two rounds with a four round cool down. After using this the user has a round of dizziness (3/4 awareness of surroundings). |

| Push;
- Unless I actually punch them the only damage would be chest pain, nothing to severe. This is meant to put space between you and the opponent and maybe slam them into something behind them.
Spin;
- A round of dizziness (3/4 awareness of surroundings) sounds appropriate and the user simply stops after two rounds so they can choose either to stop all of a sudden by pushing off with their hands and flipping up or gradually slowing down for a few seconds.
