Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Henge no Jutsu - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2. D RANKED JUTSU:Hidden Mist Jutsu - Spoiler:
Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu (Handseals) Range: Long (30 meters high X 50 meters long) Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particals and the Oxygen particals the user creates a large mist around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.
Water Release: Stormy Blockade - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: (20 ft. high x 20 ft. long) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crashing it into the opponent, knocking him off his feet and sending him crashing into a stronger object nearly 20 ft away such as a nearvy wall or rock. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant. The jutsu is weak against Earth jutsu D-rank and higher and nullifies Fire jutsu C-rank and under. Handseals, cool down is 5 turns. Can only be used if there is a source of water around, the larger the source of water the higher and larger the water that hits the opponent will be.
The dimensions of the lake increase like this, A river of water, having less water will make the jutsu reach 10 ft high and 15 ft long. A lake will increase the jutsu's dimensions up to 15 ft high and 18 ft long. An ocean will increase the size of the jutsu up to 20 ft high and 20 ft long.
Shunshin no Jutsu - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to medium range Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic) C RANKED JUTSU:Water Clone Jutsu - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.
Kage Buyo - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. This technique is nulified however if the specialization level in taijutsu of the user is lower than the opponent's, this also goes for the rank of the user being lower than the rank of the opponent. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty. This move puts alot of strain on the user so has a cooldown of 8 turns. The kick may be done by itself if to difficult to follow the opponent's moves but will take a one turn charge to get a good hit on the other user and only works for an opponent that is one rank up from him or lower.
Shishi Rendan - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest. This move is best used right after using the Kage Buyō to first lift them in the air. If it is used with that move though, the cooldown will be even greater than if used with a normal kick, 10 turns. If the technique is done without Kage Buyō then the damage done will be cut in half but it will only have a 5 turn cooldown. Opponents that are higher in rank than the user recieve bruised bones in the ribs and back and the stomach is cripled, Opponents that are the same or lower in rank than the user get fractures in the ribs and back and the stomach is damaged. If it is used without the Kage Buyō higher in rank opponents suffer bruises and a damaged stomach, opponents that are the same or lower in rank suffer Severe bruising in the ribs and a cripled stomach. B RANKED JUTSU:Hien - Spoiler:
Rank: B Element: Any Type: Kenjutsu, Chakra Flow Range: Short Description: An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade — like a kunai or sword — by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be a Herculean task.
The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. One post charge and lasts for 5 turns. Unless if weapon is thrown by the user, if this is the case then the weapon loses its chakra after it hits its target and the user must not only find a new weapon but wait for the cooldown of 4 turns. The weapon can cut through most objects, such as, logs, rocks. It can't cut through thick metals or other such materials. The jutsu cuts through skin and bones in almost an instant if it hits properly. Ranks above the user suffer the attack skin deep almost to the bone and blleding wounds, ranks below suffer the attack to the bone and bleeding wounds.
Suiton: Suijinheki - Spoiler:
Rank: B Element: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 metres high and 2 metres thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by 25 percent, B rank fire justu's are weaken by 50 percent and C or lower type fire justu's are completely repeled. C Rank Earth Jutsu or higher can break through this wall unscaved. B or higher lightning justu are can also break the this justu completly. Weapons like swords and kunai are not very affected due to the volume of water that the user creates kunai and other throwing eapons would be completly stoped due to water density and swords that are reduced in swinging power by 40 percent due to thickness and density of the water.
Requires Hand Seals and last 3 Posts with a cool down of 4 posts. A RANKED JUTSU:Samurai Sabre Technique - Spoiler:
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: n/a Type: Kenjutsu Range: Short to Medium Description: Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade to twice their normal level, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. These released chakra crescents are five feet long and are capable of great destruction, as shown from how these projectiles completely penetrated a considerable stone pillar, before continuing to damage the immediate surroundings.
Users can also use the ability to use shape transformation during the implementation of this technique, sculpting their respective chakra blades into various rudimentary weapons that extend beyond the natural dimensions of their original swords; such as broadswords, spiked shafts and even axes. This capability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage and the possibility of conducting surprise attacks as necessary.
This transformational quality also appears to extend to even the crescents of chakra launched from the blade, forming a diverse range of projectiles that includes giant buzzsaws and shafts of chakra, the shape of which are seemingly dependent on the structure of the previously formed weapon. The chakra coating lasts five rounds with a six round cool. S RANKED JUTSU:Kirisame - Spoiler:
Name: Kirisame Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30 meters high x 50 metres long x 60 metres wide Description: Handseals Required. The user makes rain from the sorounding source of water which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, this means allys that are near the user aswell, eating up all the opponent's chakra as they charge up a jutsu and all elemental chakra besides earth chakra. While this jutsu is active the opponent, if in range can not use jutsus unless if they are covered from the rain. The user, however is not affected by the rain and can use his jutsus. The user may also use the rain as a source of water for his water jutsus. Acts like normal rain also, making it almost impossible to light a fire. Blocked off by an S class earth jutsu. Lasts 5 turns, Once per topic. Requires 80 chakra.
If the water is just the water circulating the air, it is 10 metres high x 30 metres long x 30 metres wide. If the water used is from a river the dimensions increase up to, 20 metres high x 37 metres long x 40 metres wide. If the water used is from a lake the dimensions increase up to, 25 metres high x 42 metres long x 50 metres wide. If the water used is from an ocean the dimensions increase up to, 30 meters high x 50 metres long x 60 metres wide.
