Description: An eye patch that adjusts to fit the head of the person that wears it perfectly so that it wont slip but can be removed at will. It is made of a sort of leather material so it has durability but wont protect the eye much if any at all against a blade.
Abilities: Whenever someone wears Okui all of their major stats are cut down by two ranks. This includes their strength, speed and chakra pool size. If a genin or chuunin wore this they would just pass out due to their chakra pool being cut down to much, but a Special Jounin would then have the power of a Genin, a Jounin the power of a chuunin and so on. This decrease in stats is instantly removed as soon as the eye patch is taken off and are put back in effect if it is put on again.
History: The Kanetsukage needed a way to test his younger shinobi in real combat situations and only trusted some portions of their training to be done by himself personally. The problem was that everyone was terrified at the mere thought of facing him in the arena and he couldn't blame them so he sought out a way to make things more fair. He found an old mystic in the village and was offered this item. At first he was hesitant to put it on due to the appearance of hungry mouths reaching out to chew on whatever got close enough to them but he did it and while the pain was great at first he grew used to it and was able to put it on and take it off without a problem. With this tool most of his students were able to get in the ring with him without fear and he was able to at long last fight without holding back while not sending them to the hospital.
