The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The blade is about 5 ft, thinner in the middle, and more top heavy for faster downward slashes. It is made of steel, and the curved top help for quick slashes. The weapon tapers at the end for a sharp point. It weighs about 20 lbs when in blade form, and about 1 lbs when in cloth form. The blade its self is 5 ft, but including the hilt the whole sword is 5'8
Abilities: The blade has no fighting abilities, but it has a unique one. It can transform into a cloth that is wrapped around Vaughn's waist, which makes it almost weightless. The only part of the blade that can't be transformed is the hilt. As well it would take a post to transform the blade into a blade or a cloth, but the cloth can harden into steel at any position, it doesn't have to be fully extended. When the blade is in cloth form it has the same strength as a normal cloth, and can be ripped and cut easily. The change in form is passive, but has a 5 post cooldown. The cloth can wrap around an opponent's limb or weapon to cause a disarm if the user is stronger then the opponent. This ability is only effective against ninja of the user's own rank, or below the user's rank. Any normal Genin could rip the cloth apart. If an opponent is wrapped in the cloth, all they need to do is attack Vaughn, or separate Vaughn from the blade to cause the cloth to go limp. Only Vaughn can change the cloth into a blade, and he can repair it if it has any damage, but only after a fight. It takes 5 chakra from the user to change the form.
History: The blade was made by Vaughn's now deceased wife, Helena. It was a gift for their wedding, as she had seen him train with other blades. It was when he woke up from the hospital bed that he saw the gray cloth on his bed, and in it he saw Helena. He saw his wife, he saw the Claw. This blade has been on Vaughn's side ever since it was made, and it comforted him. Helena was always with him. This same blade was used to cut down the Claw, this blade holds all of Vaughn's anger. A physical form of Vaughn's unrelenting anger. Now, after his quest of vengeance is gone, the anger is stored in. And though it is a weapon of death, to Vaughn, it is love.
Appearance: The blade has a yellow guard with a red hilt. The blade starts of narrow, but as the length increases the width of the blade increases. It is widest at about 8 inches near the top, then sharply tapers at the end to make a point. It is sharp only on one side, as the outside of the curve is sharp, and the inside is more blunt. It is more of a slashing weapon then a stabbing weapon. When it is in cloth form it is a gray cloth that is wrapped around the waist in a sort of belt (in m profile picture the gray cloth with the hilt sticking out).

Is the change passive, or does it require a post charge? If it is passive, are you going to be using the cloth for attack purposes? For instance, wrapping it around other weapons or the enemy themselves? When you transform it back, is there a cooldown between hardening the blade once again?
Keep in mind that quick slashes will depend on your Kenjutsu skill in your specializations.
The appearance does nothing more for the weapon, and the cloth can be used to wrap around an opponent's limb or weapon, but since it depends on the user's strength it would only work on a ninja ranked equal or lower.
Everything looks clean. My last thing is, how much chakra do you use, or does the post charge come from the blade itself? Would you like to have the pic Neji provided added into your appearance section?
