Description:
The top part of the blade is black while the bottom is silver. The blade is a lot like any other katana accept that it's blade instead of being a straight sharp edge is in fact serrated and coated in flint. The hand guard is a lot like any other traditional katana a circle however in the middle shows two snakes each seem to be chasing the other. The hilt has black cloth wrapped in the traditional fashion the hilt itself is silver. The sheath is pitch black save for a crimson inscription which says 'Shinkoshoku no yume'. The inside is regularly wet with oil and lined with flint.

The sword itself has no real abilities. Save for the flinted edge on the sword and the flint and oil in the sheath when pulled out a certain way will put the blade on fire for a certain period of time (5 posts). Using the friction of the ground or another surface, the flint and residue oil on the sword Cehiris can cause the blade to burn without being on fire. The blade is only heated for 2 posts before becoming cool again. The blade cannot be set on fire and then heated consecutively and requires some cool down time, 1 post for heating the blade and 3 posts for setting it on fire. Setting the blade on fire can only be used a maximum of three times in a thread with, the third time being only able to be lit for 3 posts. However if Cehiris uses this technique three times the heat the blade technique becomes a bit hotter due to all the residual oil that is left on the sword.

History: A sword that is not used very often. It is an unpopular sword because of how hard it is to wield and maintain. It was sold to various ANBU in the beginning but it was deemed un-usable because of it's short comings. Still a select few people do prefer this over chakra blades or regular swords. Because of this cult following the blades are still being produced and sold at select vendors. Fans of these swords always name them and seem to only buy these kinds of weapons. It has even started a new set of kenjutsu for it.
