This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing right upon impact, which greatly enhances their strength.

While some may see it as merely superhuman strength, this technique is actually an application of Ijutsu that demands excellent concentration and chakra control.

The user must focus chakra into their hands or feet and release it at the exact moment of impact. The pinpoint releasing of chakra increases the strength of the punch depending on the rank of the Chakra Enhanced Strength used. This technique requires no charge time, as it is gathering the chakra and releasing it at exact moments of fighting, although each attack initiated under this technique consumes the chakra of the user. This is not a passive technique, and it requires activation for each attack.

The increasing of strength for each rank of Chakra Enhanced Strength per attack goes as such:

D-Rank: +100%

C-Rank: +150%

B-Rank: +200%

A-Rank: +250%

S-Rank: +350%

Chakra Costs of each use:

D-Rank: 4 Chakra

C-Rank: 6 Chakra

B-Rank: 8 Chakra

A-Rank: 10 Chakra

S-Rank: 15 Chakra

In order to obtain this special technique, the user must fit into one of two criteria.

Taijutsu Primary with Ijutsu Secondary/Tertiary (Can use up to S-Rank):

Im not really sure if taijutsu is required for this, as it states this is an application of Ijutsu

I actually thought the same thing whilst typing it up.. but I figured since it can only be applied to taijutsu, that it was. It's the applying of ijutsu to taijutsu to increase the strength of the taijutsu.

Well, the best thing to state is that it is Ijutsu. Bc it is probably created through Ijutsu to make up for a lack in Taijutsu skill. So changing it to Ijutsu only is more suitable in my opinion. I don't believe Sakura nor Tsunade were very skilled in taijutsu at all. Through the anime, they actually look very sloppy.

Also, this is a bit all over the place. It's gonna require a charge no doubt and cost chakra higher than what you have stated. We will work those out once I am home and can call Takeshi.

Chakra Enhanced Strength is denied. It was once allowed to somebody who in return dropped certain things to compensate. After that no more.

Hold up, we have been able to take three other banned jutsu and make them plausible, I'm sure we can twist this to work. Your only looking at a rough draft. The slots above will be reduced heavily, but Im sure if the numbers are better stated, its possible. Its just going to be given to Ijutsu users only, no one else. Allow me to work with him and present a better version. Don't be so quick to toss it aside because he is new to staff. Our goal since this site is so in depth is to be able to have all aspects of Naruto eventually. So no denial just yet. So far we have special case jutsu for

Taijutsu - 8 Gates

Ninjutsu - Chidori, Rasengan

So why not get special cases eventually for

Ijutsu - Chakra Enhanced Strength

Kenjutsu - ?

Fuuinjutsu - ?

Genjutsu - ?

I know but CES is denied. No discussion. Ijutsu can get life for life jutsu or a nerfed version that +ages you with a number that my dice rolls instead of killing.
