Bloodline Name: Heigan 'Closed Eyes'.

Bloodline Ability: The Saitama are able to see chakra from far away distances and for what the cannot see they can sense. With that it gives all of the members of Saitama, since they are blind; the ability to see. Along with this ability they can also drain their opponents chakra as long as it is through physical contact. But they do not take that much chakra just five points. They can only use that ability though when they are low on chakra.

Physical Traits: They are all blind.

Location: Shippuu.

Clan History: The Saitama believe that if you are extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness, be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness, then you will be able to direct the opponent's fate. They are known to be peaceful. They have served as the peace negotiators to keep the peace period by handling all confrontations between Shippuu and other villages. But unlike most clans all members of the Saitama are blind which makes it hard for them to learn how to do hand signs.

If there is a large amount of chakra in the air (like Hidden Mist Jutsu) then the user will just see a bunch of chakra without telling if it is the opponent's or the mist. This jutsu costs 5 chakra per turn to keep using. It has a two post cooldown.

Description: The user locks his/her opponent into an armbar. While the opponent is locked in the armbar the user drains 1% of their chakra every 10 seconds. No and signs are required since it is a Taijutsu. It can only be used when there is only 5% chakra left from the user and only increases the user's chakra to 10%.

If there is a large amount of chakra in the air (like Hidden Mist Jutsu) then the user will just see a bunch of chakra without telling if it is the opponent's or the mist. However since this is an advanced version the user's vision also grants them a greater ability to see ones' life force. This allows them to determine who is still alive or death. During this mode the user can also extend their chakra out in dust-like particles to create phantoms and hide their own chakra presence. This jutsu costs 5 chakra per turn to keep using. It costs 5 chakra per post extra to hide your presence. It has a two post cooldown.
