Bloodline Name: Ryūissei 'Dragon Voice'.

Bloodline Ability: The ability to focus chakra into their vocal cords and project jutsu into a vocalization. All members have ninjutsu primary and have the elements Fuuton, Katon and Raiton.

Physical Traits: Wild-like appearance.

Location: Hyouga.

Clan History: The Dazai began long ago with a main who had been raised by dragons, and taught their language. They taught him how to use chakra to transform jutsu into shouts using his voice. He and his people prospered for many years after his death and managed to live in harmony with the dragons. However, after many years, a small group of dragons betrayed the Dazai for they believed that their language should only be resevered for dragons. They were annihilated with only few survivors left. This small group of Dazai moved to Hyouga and settled there. The next generation was no longer able to speak the language of the dragons and where therefore left alone by them. The only thing they had left was the ability to use chakra to transform jutsu into shouts.

After charging wind chakra into their vocal cords they shout and the resulting blast is a 5 foot in diameter ball of wind that can travel 15 feet before dissipating and moves 20 mph. If hit by the blast it knocks the target back 5 feet, gives them quarter inch thick cuts around the contact zone and the surrounding 6 inches gets surface scratches, and it also knocks the wind out of them. Description: Requires charging. After charging Katon chakra into their vocal cords they shout and a 5 foot in diameter ball of fires out and can extend 15 feet before dissipating and moves 25mph. If hit the center of the blast causes 2nd degree burns and the surrounding 6 inches gets minor heat discomfort. Two post cooldown.

After charging a larger amount of chakra into their vocal cords as a 10 foot in diameter ball of wind traveling 35 mph is emitted from their mouth and can travel 30 feet before dissipating. If hit by the orb they are knocked back 10 feet, given 3/4 of an inch thick deep cuts in the contact zone and surrounding areas, and has the potential to fracture bones. Four post cooldown

Description: Requires charging. The user of this jutsu and his/her equipment is not affected by it. After charging a large amount of chakra to their vocal cords they shout with such gusto the world seems to shake the earth. The first person to be hit by the shout in the 25 foot range gains their own gravitational pull and anything within a 50 foot radius of the person is attracted to them and could crush them to death and it also increases the effect of gravity on them that reduces their speed by 25% and makes it impossible for them to leave the ground. Lasts two posts and usable once per topic.

Once used, the Dazai cannot use any more shouts for the rest of the topic. The maximum weight for anything attracted by the resulting gravitational pull is 1000 lbs. The ground around the affected area would also be torn out and pulled into the gravitational suction. In the entire affected area, all the ground is pulled out from eight inches deep.

If a victim of this jutsu were to get hit by this while not on the ground, or if they managed to get off of the ground after being hit, this jutsu will pull the affected victim back to the ground at twice the rate of the normal freefall. Regular freefall is 9.8 meters per second, so that means that this jutsu forces the victim to the ground at a rate of 19.6 meters per second.
