Personality:
A quiet man, he is a master (nin)taijutsu fighter. He analyzes the situation before stepping in to fight. Souji also has a very stern and decisive personality. In his eyes, respect and strength mean everything in the ninja world. This correlates with his philosophy that a ninja should never compromise or bow down in front of another ninja. Souji is also very suspicious of the other ninja villages, questioning their loyalties. Souji is also very loyal and intelligent.

Abilities:
A. from the original Naruto Shows. I tried my best to change A. as many times to Souji but anime references will be kept within brackets to give an example.

Souji's signature fighting style is to combine his taijutsu and ninjutsu to form the powerful nintaijutsu. (Which was able to break through Sasuke's Amaterasu coated Susanoo bones in the anime.)

He uses a 'power' type fighting style. He possesses a great deal of physical strength, being able to lift a large amount of weight with just one hand. (A. strength is further displayed at the Five Kage summit when he punched through a wall, the floor, and even snapped Suigetsu's sword in two (although the sword already had a partial crack in it from Suigetsu's duel with Killer Bee).

Souji is noted for being very fast. He seems to prefer taijutsu combat, in which he has shown tremendous prowess. In addition to powerful punches, he is able to use equally impressive throws and take-downs. He prefers using wrestling techniques to more traditional forms of taijutsu. He is shown to have an immense tolerance for pain. (As shown A. was able to withstand having his arm set on fire by Amaterasu and cutting it off without flinching.)

Nobody should underestimate Souji's physical strength just because he isn't super muscular. His true power comes from within. (A was also able to punch a hole in Jūgo's arm and chest with ease, despite the latter being armored with his Level 2 Cursed Seal form. He was also able to cut through one of the four horns of Eight-Tailed Giant Ox when it was being subdued thirty years prior with his physical strength and Lightning Release Armour.)

Birth

Souji was born in a hospital. His mother died gaving birth to Souji. His father had recently died during a mission while his mother was 7 months pregnant. This caused Souji to be raised in an orphanage.

Childhood

He turned out to be a very bright child with the ability to quickly learn. Souji didn't went to the local school but instead studied in the library by reading those books. The librarian noted Souji's ability and messaged some important people. That night some people knocked on his door and asked him to participate in a friendly test. Souji decided to go with them and see what kind of test it was. He had to read, write, observe and much more. The conclusion of the test was that Souji had an eidetic memory.

Childhood II

A couple of months later Souji got a letter in his mail. He recognized the seal on the letter. It was the royal family of Hyouga. He quickly opened it and started to read. They heard about the boy's amazing ability and offered him the opportunity to train with masters along with their children. He read it again twice to be sure he wasn't daydreaming. He was quite scared of how to act at first as a boy of his age approached him and smiled. The boy welcomed Souji and introduced himself as Tenzou. Tenzou? He muttered as he recognized the name. This boy was the heir of the Shichiyou family. His personality was really open and laid back allowing Souji to feel comfortable.

Adolescence

After many years of training Souji turned out to be an excellent Taijutsu fighter, after years of training he managed to combine Ninjutsu and Taijutsu into Nintaijutsu which was a very powerful combination. He is incredibly strong physically. Various masters educated the boy in the art of combat. Souji didn't bother to participate in the shinobi ranking system but Tenzou requested him to do it because he would be an excellent shinobi. Souji never forgot the opportunity the Shichiyou's main branch gave to him and is therefore still very loyal to them. Thus he signed up for the current Chuunin Exams to prove himself worthy.
