Kuroyume takes a break from running, her face painted in excited sorrow. She was free, yet so far from the one person that was kind to her. Slowly, she broke through the trees to find an area of rock and water. The translucent water giving off an inviting ethereal glow. The forgiving moon hung in peaceful anger above, luring the ninja into the pool.

It appeared that by leading her to this area of supple water, the moon which her home was named for had long since forgiven her.
It had been several years since she left that cursed village, giving Yume time to understand that, somehow, she became tangled in the mess that is Yugure. Even so, it seemed now Kuro was the one consistently in control. Yume was starting to fade.
Kuro gave a grin at the water, enjoying her luck in finding such an amazingly clear body. She took a step towards it, pausing before listening for any signs of human life nearby. Hearing nothing, she closed in on the inviting substance, not needing to remove shoes (as she wore none, due to one of her Jutsus) as her pale foot stepped into the water. In seconds, the water around it became murky, but only for a moment until it settled. The snake-girl removed any weapons from her, hiding them under a rock until the only thing left in her possession was a kunai. With agonizingly slow movements, Kuroyume slid into the water fluidly. "Aren't pure waters just the best~?" She asked no one, dipping beneath the cool, yet not freezing, depths.

After a while of relaxing, she grew bored. With a childish pout, the red-head slid easily to another side of the cool water, enjoying the clean feeling. Kuro waved a pale hand through the surface of the water, kunai gripped lightly in the other. Feeling content, she wade towards a rock just by another part of the lake. The scuffle of her kunai being set onto it was heard before Kuro turned emerald eyes to her shirt, which started to drift towards the surface because of the little air bubbles caught under it.
She had refused to take off her clothing, for the danger of being attacked still remained; so, quickly and efficiently, Kuro did her best to scrub at her skin with her hands, being sure to remove all visible uncleanliness. Next, she dipped her head under, releasing the red strands from the clip they were generally bound by. The girl broke the surface, standing and wringing her locks and clothes out as she made it to the shore once more.

With confidence, she took off her shirt and (somewhat) baggy pants, leaving her in undergarments. The clothing was wrung again, then hung on her shoulder as she took hold of a tree, climbing it clumsily in her desire for sleep. As Kuro reached a fair limb, she lay the shirt and pants onto another branch where it would not drip encase someone neared. "Meh, damned trees!"
The huffed and whispered words hung in the otherwise quiet night as the snake-girl made herself comfortable enough on her branch for sleep.

She yawned, vibrant hair laying in knots and strings across her face. Half-conscious green eyes opened to the lush blanket of trees above. "Ohayou, minna-san~!" Her laughter rang as she wiped her eyes and birds flew from the treetops. Swiftly, she donned her ninja-attire and slipped from the safe branches to retrieve her other weapons from beneath the rock. Once done, she combed through her hair with her fingers until it was (at the least) presentable.
"Ah, Hyouga, here I come! Ha ha!" Rustling was the only thing heard as Kuroyume darted through the trees, ready for the new day.
