The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Chakra Storage Seal Rank: B Element: Non-Elemental Type: Synergist (Fuuinjutsu) Range: Self Description: This jutsu creates a seal over the user's heart which idly stores any excess chakra he/she produces for later use. This stored chakra can't be used without reversing the jutsu and breaking the seal. The main problem to using this seal is that it takes longer to recover chakra while the seal is active. Seal can hold up to 25% of maximum chakra and reduces recovery speed to 50% its norm while actively storing chakra. No handseals required.
Name: Material Storage Seal (Generic Sealing Technique) Rank: D Element: Non-Elemental Type: Synergist (Fuuinjutsu) Range: Scroll or Self Description: Using chakra, the user can store a large amount of items and material inside of a tiny seal. This can be brought out for no cost of chakra, and things can be stored simultaneously saving space. No handseals required.
Name: Chakra Seal Rank: B Element: Non-elemental Type: Synergist (Fuuinjutsu) Range: One enemy Description: After appropriate handseals, the user will place their hand on the opponent somewhere. By doing this, a seal will appear. This seal lasts for 4 posts. This seal will disallow the enemy's chakra from leaving their body as jutsu or otherwise. Bijuu chakra will break this.
Sentinel
Name: Double Threat Rank: C Element: Non-Elemental Type: Sentinel (Puppetry) Range: Self Description: This requires 2 posts of charging to activate. The user will have their puppet out. Much like an Inuzuka would with All-Fours Technique, the sentinel will gain features similar to a puppet. This will increase skin density by 15% and increase flexibility to levels of a flexible circus freak (think: Voldo). During this time, the puppet will become very light, and able to fly for brief periods of time, while also becoming much like rubber in terms of becoming extremely flexible. Lasts for 5 posts. 4 Post cooldown, no handseals, only charging..
Name: Static Charge Rank: D Element: Non-Elemental Type: Sentinel (Puppetry) Range: Self Description: The puppet receives chakra through the strings. This will cause it to become filled with static. This will cause anything that touches it to be zapped with a large amount of static electricity, about as much as a shock from a person who is wearing a fuzzy suit. Requires no handseals, lasts 3 posts, 5 posts cooldown.
Name: Auto-Repair Rank: C Element: Non-Elemental Type: Sentinel (Puppetry) Range: Puppet (Passive) Description: The puppet will repair itself completely as if never damaged. This can repair the puppet up to one limb per post, and will require 5 posts to completely re-create itself (if completely eradicated). This requires at least an identifiable solid fragment of the original puppet and any weapon it had. This will not re-stock ammo supply. No Handseals required. This will instantly stop if the puppeteer is hit directly by an average punch or more. Weak punches are not enough to stop this, so it will not stop if he is poked or something weak.
Name: Gigas Drive Rank: A Element: Non-Elemental Type: Sentinel (Puppetry) Range: Self Description: Only usable by a marked person using the sentinel paradigm. They will channel half of their chakra into their puppet, causing it to act on its own giving it a conscious mind that is thinking what the user is thinking, always. This puppet will receive the Commando Paradigm and for the next 10 posts act like the user would in Commando Paradigm, able to use any taijutsu he/she uses as well as fighting at the exact level as the user could. If it uses up all of the chakra this jutsu's duration will be cut short. Require handseals.
Medic
Name: Cure Rank: C Element: Non-Elemental Type: Medic (Ijutsu) Range: Self or One Target Description: Basically the user will concentrate their chakra into a ball. This will float quickly to the target and surround them with a green aura. The target will instantly heal minor wounds and dissipate really weak poisons, though at a much much lower level than extended durations of Mystical Palm. Requires handseals.
Name: Esuna Rank: B Element: Non-Elemental Type: Medic (Ijutsu) Range: Self or One Target Description: Creates a white light around a target that instantly dissipates poison. Requires handseals.

Chakra Storage Seal just sounds like Tsunade's technique, and probably is. The problem is that Tsunade's Souzou Saisei is S-ranked. Please give some numbers to this jutsu, specifically how much chakra can be stored and how much more slowly yoru chakra regenerates.
Generic Sealing Technique is E-rank and free.
Can the Chakra Sealing Technique be overridden, say with bijuu chakra, or disabled/removed with another seal?
I don't see how genjutsu is directly related to puppetry. Denied as a puppetry technique, especially since it would require handseals.
Steelguard is definitely denied. That needs a massive power drop, because turning an S-rank into a C-rank would make you and your puppet massively overpowered. Besides, since you're taking a blocking stance, this sounds more like taijutsu than puppetry.
Mediguard is more likely, but I don't see how your puppet repairs itself. It sounds like another S-rank jutsu of Tsunade's or Kabuto's, and it would be Ijutsu again, not puppetry.
Revenge Drive sounds like taijutsu supplementary, again. And besides that, it gives you sudden speed and power boosts from wounds... I don't see how that would work, considering wounds that are fatal would naturally make you weak from blood loss or organ failure instead of making you stronger.
The first medic jutsu sounds like a larger (but weaker?) version of the A-rank Mystical Healing Palm jutsu...
And the ability to dissipate poison is at least B-rank, since the canon jutsu used to do that normally is also B-rank.
If any of the jutsu require handseals, please add the note that they require handseals somewhere in the description.

What is the greatest amount of charge the puppet can hold? If it's enough to stop the heart or cause a limb to become useless, it might need a higher rank.
Auto-repair seems fine, but perhaps the user cannot use the jutsu when he's attacked directly? I just think that one limb per post and five posts to completely re-create it is a bit fast, but it really should be fast so the puppeteer is not left defenseless.
