Description: The jutsu is a "One size fits all" kind of jutsu. It is as the name decribes, a jutsu meant for sealing Bijuu, all Bijuu. This can only be done if the Bijuu is weakened or knocked out. It requires several handsigns, Once the Bijuu is down, the user will focus his chakra then his hand will be surrounded in purple chakra, the chakra will have a word in Japanese saying, "Holy sealing" Once this pops up, the Bijuu will begin to fade away, and be converted into pure chakra. Once it is in a form of chakra, the user can direct the chakra into a person, or an item that is capable of holding a Bijuu. The user can even put it in himself if he wants, however this would cost an extra 10 chakra if they were to put it in themselfs. Once the Bijuu is inside then a seal will form on the new Jincuuriki's stomach. Binding the Bijuu to the Jincuuriki. This seal will keep the Bijuu under control while allowing the Jincuuriki to make full use of the Bijuu's power. This can only be used once by the user then it cannot be used for a long time afterwards ((AKA: Once per topic)). The negative effects of this jutsu is that the one who will have the Bijuu sealed inside of them will fall into a coma for 5 posts. Also, once someone uses this jutsu then there chakra will be in a state of recovery and cannot perform another jutsu for three posts. Once the Jincuuriki wakes up, they will be fine. All in all this jutsu takes about as much time as it needs to based on the amount of tails that the Bijuu has. In other words, 5 tails will take 5 posts, 9 tails will take 9 post and so on.

First off state that this require handseals. Secondly, How long does the sealing process take, in posts please. This will need some form of immediate downside to yourself, for example, for are unable to preform any other jutsu for three posts after this is complete. Also I am limiting this to a once per topic jutsu, as in you will be only able to use this once in a topic. Also, make a small downside to the person being sealed, like a temporary coma lasting for a post, or something of the like.

Alright, make the handeals follow the rules, as in just say it requires handseals, not the amount (handseal posts are already defined by rank in the rules). Also, state that it requires 10 extra chakra to seal a bijuu within yourself.

Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique ).

The technique is composed of several stages. The first three seals will light the seal up, allow the user to levitate, and create a barrier. The barrier will repel things from the outside, although Mōryō managed to enter at the cost of the life of his host, Yomi. Also, the spheres inside the circle will begin to revolve around the circle.
The next nine seals will cause the gate-like seal leading to Mōryō's body to rise above the ground. This gate seems to be laid on its back.
The final six seals will release the seal on Mōryō's body, and it becomes accessible (to Mōryō). After reclaiming his body, Mōryō managed to break the barrier around the seal, as he mentions Yomi did not have the ability to do so.
The true effect of the sealing is that the user and the target being sealed will merge into one being. So that neither parties can utilize their abilities, the two minds are combined into one. Then one must absorb the other (which is decided by their chakra), as Mōryō did with Miroku (this gave to the rise of Mōryō in the first place, who was born from the darkness inside the hearts of people), and neither the user nor target can leave the shrine until this happens. Mōryō could not do the same with Shion due to the bell which contained the stone where Miroku sealed all of her powers into.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this jutsu to tamper with the seal on the Nine tailed Demon Fox. The original seal allowed the Nine-Tails' chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. When Orochimaru later notices that the seal has been removed, he remarks that there are very few ninja capable of doing so. How this works in battle is that it seals off an opponents ability to perform Ninjutsu and Genjutsu for a very long time. If they are Jincuuriki, they cannot activate that power either. This will also severely confuse and disorient the one who is hit by, meaning that hitting someone with a punch will be near impossible for 1 post

This jutsu can only be used once per battle and there must be two extra clones to form a triangle around the opponent, where they will then be shot in space.

While powerful, it is highly absorbent and too much water will eventually affect the user's mobility and reduce its defensive might. Also, if in a muddy terrain, the user's excess weight can lead to sinking under.

Description: Black Lighting is a unique form of Lighting Release. As the name suggests, the lightning produced by this ability's techniques is black in color. The ability to utilize black electricity was possessed by the Third Raikage who passed it onto Darui. This ability lets the user fire shots of lighting from the hands, feet and eyes. The user can also infuse there fists with Black Lighting so that each punch has a larger impact and a severe electric shock as well. The down side to this though is that Water based jutsu will cause severe damage to the user since there body's are surrounded and infused with Lightning.

Alright, this could all use a look see, I also edited the Bijuu sealing jutsu.

I do hope you realize that your only allowed 3 D, 3 C, 2 B, 1 A, and one S rank for free. You'll have to pay for anything in this list that goes over that amount.

Just with a glimpse at the first A rank, anything to do with the Sage of Six Paths is banned. Since I am currently at work, I will go in detail further on these jutsu once you reply to this.

So no I was not aware of the type of jutsu I could get. You would think the other members, and even the people that approve this stuff would have told me that I spent hours making the wrong apps.

As for the Chakra absorption jutsu I put up there I actually checked it out for myself. It has nothing to do with the Six paths, but the man that, that Pain figure once was also had that jutsu. It is nothing but another Funinjutsu, it has nothing to do with the Rinniegan or Pain in general.

As for the rest though I could use more detail.

Naraca, about your bijuu seal, you still need to edit the handseal requirements.

Absorption Seal - Although you say it is a normal fuiinjutsu, the only proof thus far is through the Sage of Six Paths, and as I said, that has been banned. I may need more time to see what Shy would want in terms of you having this..

Reverse Four Symbols - A Danzo Technique activated upon his death. It needs a charge time and also needs a range. Even though its classified as B Rank, it is auto kill within the range so that would make it an S Rank on this site, and it may even be an S Rank technique in the actual anime. Sacrificial B Rank jutsu dont seem likely in Naruto...

Shrine Seal - I fail to see how this pertains to battle....

Five Element Seal - Though it was used on Naruto, you need to describe how it will be used on this site with the enemy. Is this limited to jinchuuriki? Or is it for any enemy. Give me direct effects to the enemy. All these jutsu seem to do is tell a story of how its used in the anime.

Three directional seal - Please, same thing. Give me damage range, speed of the attack. way too vague

Work on these and bump and we will continue. There are hundreds of examples on what I want in a jutsu in other members' lists. Refer to those for help..

The Chakra absorption thing was a sort of X factor that I wanted to have. Since I'm a specialist in Funinjutsu I know that I'm not very strong in other area's of fighting. So I was just hoping to not be pulverized right away by a heavy Ninjutsu user. So I really do hope that I can keep that jutsu.


As for the seal where if I die it sends out a black sphere, well if you want I can give it a charge time, like the sphere has to prepare to launched itself before immediately bursting out and killing everyone in it radius.

The Shrine Seal lets be combine with other people, as in I take all of there abilitys and jutsu, so I think it could be useful in the long run.

So this is what I have to say to justify those jutsu, but if all else fails I would only need the Chakra absorption seal. Just so that I don't get my ass kicked as soon as I get on the RP ya know?

How long is this Coma? OOC days, or IC posts? Preferably IC posts.

For now Naraca, go to Raleth Ookami's technique lists, and add in the approved version of the Shadow Clone (Kage Bunshin) technique and I need some time to figure out about these sealing techniques. All you basically have is the anime story behind the techniques and not an actual site version of what the techniques do in full detail. One, this will have to be an S rank, and it's chakra cost must be a minimum of 50 and matching any chakra costs that exceed that. So, if an opponent uses a technique that required 100 Chakra you need to output 100 chakra to defend it, but if they output 10 you still have to output 50.

State the exact rate in Chakra per Post that you absorb chakra at when touching someone. Also, that chakra can't be absorbed into you as it does in the actual Manga, it must simply disperse.

Breaking into the shield will only require outputting more chakra then the technique costs. Creating the shrine must take 5 posts, and the person you merge with must remain stationary for the entire process of creating the shrine. The merging process itself must take 3 posts.

Creating this triangle will have to take five posts of preperation or a similarly long period of time, with the clones and you not moving. What is the maximum distance you can be seperate from the clones and stil complete the seal to launch the victim?

You're going to have to apply a duration and cool down to this technique, instead of making it passive.

Give an exact multiple by which your strength is increased, and to make it fair you'll have to implement a speed decrease.. Duration and cooldown.
