The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Kaito is a very unstable person. He appears at first to be a polite person to you, but once you truly uncover his personality it is brual and evil. He rarley ever socializes unless the person he meets shares his hate for the world. He also has a split personality that can be seen once he is increidibly angered. This side is named Jin.
Jins personality is nice, but has the most sinister ploting skills of all. He only comes out once Katio has been injured or angered to the point of him being released. When he is released He will kill anything in his way unless they have proven themselves not to be an enemy. Though, he cannot be out smarted, as he is very intellegent and finds unique ways to torture and pry information out of people. The only way to trick him is to mention the person who sealed him inside of Katio.

Kaito was born into a large wealthy family that ruled over the manor they lived upon harshly. His father was a slave driver, forcing all workers and slaves on the manor to work like dogs until they would die or pass out. His mother was the parent who was caring and always there for her child. She promised him she would always be there for him.
Youth Arc:

Kaito's childhood was spent mostly on the manor of his father. It was very dull to him as he wasn't allowed to talk to or play with any of the slave children, forcing him to play with toys that he made himself or found around the manor house. One day while roaming the halls by himself he discovered a hidden room and when he entered he saw a large puppet on the wall and several tiny toy puppets around it. He looked around and saw his favorite which was a tiny snake. When he went back to play with it his mother saw it and told him the story of how she made all those puppets herself and was a great puppet master before she had given birth to him. She made another promise to him that she would one day teach him the arts of the puppet and give him her special puppet.
Learning/Academy Arc:

Kaito was no eight and his mother decided to take up her promise to him. She asked Kaito to help her one day and took him back to her storage room. He as stunned to see that his mother was going to teach him the ways of puppeteering that he loved so much. First she taught him how to control simple puppets and then moced on to preforming substitutions with the puppets and using the puppet in more elaborate strategies. After he was trained his mother gave him a simple puppet to use until the time was right. He soon ent to the academy because his mother didn't want his natural puppeteering skills to go to waste. On his first day he walked in and noticed everybody and was kind to them. They thought it ws odd for a small child to be using a puppet to foght and made fun of him. This slowly ate away at him until he graduated at the top of his class. The damage was done though, and his hatred for the world began. The only thing keeping him sane was his mother and her smile.
The Hunt and the Accident Arc:

When Kaito turned thirteen he had to prove to his father that he was a man. His father had never been there for Kaito as he grew up and now wanted to be in his life which angered him. Soon the plan was made and his family went on the hunting trip to show he was worthy of his fathers blessing. While hiding to find his prey Katio saw a massive snake and he thought this ten foot snake would be the perfect way to show his father how to be a man. He soon engaged in combat and kille the snake in a fierce battle, but he had lost his puppet in the process, so he fashioned the snake into the working puppet and went back to show his father. When he returned his mother lay dead on the ground with his father weeping in the blood. ith his mother gone, Kaito snapped and used his new puppet to kill his father in cold blood. He rode away on his snake and left the bodies for the buzzards. Soon enough, his mind became more and more twisted forming his split personality Jin. From this point on, Kaito said it was Jin who killed his father and not him, and the blaming only got worse as Kaito grew older.

Currently Kaito is nineteen and living in Kazangakure where nobody knows what he has done. He lives in a small cave on the inside on the volcano and rarel ever goes into the cit unless he needs to, hunting on his own and scavenging for food. He and his puppet live and wait for the time to come when the can emerge and seek revenge on the orld as Jin slowly tries to take control of his body.
RP Sample: Katio walked into the forest with his puppet on his back and his cloak to cover his body. He laid on the ground intil the prey he wanted would show itself. He soon saw the most glorious snake he had ever seen in his life. It stood ten feet high and at least four feet wide. Kaito thought he must have it and he began to unveal his puppet. He the launched the attack with his puppet on the left and him on the right to take down the beast. He delivered kicks to the side of the snake with his puppet that would easily break bones, but the tail whipped around to block the puppet, causing it to break into pieces. Without away to harm the beast from a distance Kaito jumped into action and threw two kunai into ther beasts side. He the used the same tactil he did with hi puppet and atached chakra threads to them and used them as whips. He jumped onto the back of the beast and pulled sending the kunai into its neck and forceing the beast to bleed out.
He sat down and rested as he looked upon his destroyed puppet. He soon began work on his new puppet by removing the insides of the snake and replacing the bone with puppet framing. He created a working puppet for himself and was going to prove he was a man as he jumped onto the new puppets head and began to move away towards his camp.
