The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Bloodline Ability: People can be born to be natural drunks,and the Myugan clan can become drunk using their chakra. The user would have to be someone who is a consistent drinker. The user uses their drunk(ness) with his chakra to become swiftly. The Kekkai Genkai is impossible to master, but is used for the flow. Such as in battles in tight spaces. Quickly learning how to master this new found power.
In addition, In a quick break down of the Kekkai Genkai. The user uses his or her chakra to become drunk. It causes the user's heart to race in a fast pace also making the chakra move in a quick flow. This making the user drunk and out of state. This is possible of killing the user if used to much from the fast heart beating. Once fully drunk, The user as capable of having swift movements and increased strength and speed. -- Not much to say about the Natural Drunk kekkai genkai, but is used to increase the physical skills of the user.

Clan History:
People can be born to be natural drunks,and the Myugan clan can become drunk using their chakra. The first clan leader Myugan Myugan found this out while wasted to a whole new degree. His chakra was different, even though he drank and drank he could never get as stupid as his fellow ninjas and felt that something was wrong with him. After a few days of meditation he felt woozy, unable to stand. All of sudden it made sense, he was drunk and he could feel a new found power surge through him. He told the closest person, his twin brother and together they changed the Myugan clan to become able to use this ability in combat. Quickly learning how to master this new found power (Aka there is no master just the flow) they quickly spread their name throughout the country.
Myugan Myugan eventually married and had many children, but it seemed that the males were the only ones who could become drunk off nothing. Even though it seemed like a disadvantage women got drunk really quickly in the family. Sips of sake would get them to the belligerent stages of drunk. Myugan proceeded to build a bar in the middle of Suna where he lived happily with his family.
His family bar quickly attracted many people as a bar in a desert land would, and they settled around the bar, for his drinks became legendary. It ran in his blood, to drink and make drinks. This has been the way since then and no matter how many people attack they end up sharing a nice drink with everyone and even forgetting why they came.

Name: Chakra Inebriation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-S Element: Supplementary Type: Taijutsu Range: Self Description: With the flow of Chakra they gain a drunk like state, much similar to "Drunken Fist" or "Zui Quan" A modern Wushu form and a renown Chinese Martial art. They are consider to have 'tainted' Chakra so anyone who drinks/steals obtains a state of inebriation that varies depending on rank. Those outside the clan would claim that strength and speed increase, however with mental clarity blurred, so do limits. with no clear limit in a Myugan's mind, they fight and move at their natural maximum ability.
Name: Drunken Breath Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu, Secret Technique Range: 3 foot cone Description: Upon breathing in deeply and focusing chakra on the breath, the user can release a horrible smelling breath of chakra to temporarily paralyze an opponents sense of smell, as well as burn their eyes from the fumes, causing their eyes to water and slightly impair their ability to see. If breathed in, simply tastes bad.

This is taking it to a whole new level, only to be used if the drunken user is rank C with his Kekkei Genkai.
So You Wanna Be A Myugan? So you wanna join this clan? Cool. But there's a few rules you need to follow:
