One of these fat cats, an old billionaire named Tazuma Higuchi, has recently stopped providing for the Ouraboras, and is instead selling to a rivaling group of nukenin. He needs to be put down as an example of what happens to those who turn their back on the Ouraboras. The problem is Higuchi's bodyguard, a former Hyouga Jounin and skilled user of Suiton and Taiutsu named Kanzaki Atamou. His nickname: Kita no Tsume or Claw of the North. To kill Higuchi, the Ouraboras member must go through Atamou first...
