The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

The moon and stars shined brightly this night as Eden waited for Skychi, one of his students, to arrive. The area in which Eden waited was a 650x575 grassland surrounded by nothing by trees on all sides. It was the perfect place to teach a genin. No distractions. Nothing to hide behind. Just good ol' fashioned sensei-to-student. Eden at this moment wore his jounin vest over his bandages and wore jet-black pants that fit comfortably around his waist and all the way down to his ankles, along with his usual jet-black weighted geta which fit comfortably on his feet. He stood at the very center of the area, waiting patiently for his student to arrive.

In the midst of night, Skychi looked up at the stars, thinking to himself "What a beautiful night sky." Walking through the brush and leaves on the ground, making a small rustling noise, he would soon spot a clearing ahead. He wore his hair in the usual ponytail, with the curtains of his hair on each side of his face, not blocking his eyes. He wore his casual genin jacket, which the Uchiha symbol on the back, though in a black alteration to the color, as well as a pair of black pants, which seemed to fit him perfectly. He saw a figure, beyond the last tree in his way before reaching the clearing. He'd then step into the clearing and look towards the figure, wondering if it was Shinteki-Sensei.

Behind him, Eden heard some rustling from within the trees. It is Skychi. Right on time. I turned around and looked to see that he had just gotten to the clearing. Eden then called out to the young boy speaking kindly, though his voice was oh so slightly muffled due to the bandages covering the lower half of his face. "Skychi! Come on, we don't have all night you know! Get over here! You just barely made it on time, which is a semi-disappointment to start the evening off with!" I chuckled a bit to myself and waited for him to reach me. Way to take your time, boy...

He smiles then chuckled softly at his Senseis' words, then started towards him. "Sorry, Shinteki-Sensei, I took the wrong turn at the oak tree, and ended up fighting a bunch of twigs, haha." He laughed at his joke, not knowing if it was really that funny or not. He saw his Senseis' face half bandaged, kind of confused, he just dismisses it, assuming if his Sensei was going to tell him what happened, he'd do it without him asking his Sensei.

"Sorry, Shinteki-Sensei, I took the wrong turn at the oak tree, and ended up fighting a bunch of twigs, haha." Eden couldn't help but chuckle once at the dry joke. He then replied with a sarcastic remark. "I'm sure the twigs won the fight, considering you didn't get here early." He swiftly ran to Skychi and knocked him on top of the head. To Skychi, he would think that Eden had vanished and then appear next to him. Eden managed to hold his composure well with the boy. Most likely due to the fact that Skychi seemed to not mind the way Eden looked.

Skychi looked at the area his Sensei was in curiously, then felt the knock on his head, he let out a small "Ouch!" noise, then looked up to his Sensei. "Well, Shinteki-Sensei, what is the plan for tonight? Sparring? New Jutsu? Or more community service?" He said with a shutter at the part of community service. He was tired of doing the small jobs around the village, and felt he was ready for some real missions!

Eden grinned when he saw Skychi as he said community community service. He couldn't help but laugh. "No. We will not be doing community service today. This time, you will be training with me. I'm going to teach you, this evening, how to use taijutsu. My specialty, if I might add." He would then grab him by his jacket and throw him 45 feet out in front of himself and wait for Skychi to either regain his footing or fall flat on his face like a klutz. "No more games, boy. Now it's time for the real training to begin. Brace yourself. Don't worry, though. I will be teaching you while I am knocking you down." I would then take a deep breath and wait for Skychi to brace himself mentally for what was going to happen tonight.

Skychi would look up at his Sensei with a confused look, then be tossed 45 feet away from him, while in midair, he would flip and attempt to regain his footing. Once her regained his footing, he would land, his hand on the ground in front of him, quickly clearing his mind and focusing on his target: Shinteki-Sensei. He would then stand, and place himself in a basic fighting position for taijutsu, that he would have learned from the Academy, bracing himself for anything his Sensei would possibly throw at him in the spar.

"That was an okay landing. Still needs a little work, though. Anyway, here I come. First lesson: always have your guard up at all times. Always have in mind where your opponent is on the battlefield, for the moment you lose sight of them, you already dead."
I would then charge at him at a sixth of my full speed, which for me is a faster walk and for him it would be an all-out sprint. As I closed in on him, I would position my body low to the ground to prepare to sweep Skychi off of his feet with my left leg. If that failed, I would then lift myself with my hands off the ground and use my right leg to kick him in the right side of his hip which would send him twirling in the air.
This would all depend on the first strike and how Skychi will react to Eden's advance.

Skychi saw his Sensei come at him, the moment he attempted to leg sweep him, he would do a backflip, landing on a single hand, then push off the ground, and landing on his feet, at that moment, he did everything he could to keep his eyes on his Sensei. He watched his Sensei carefully, awaiting any other movement. If he didn't dodge his Senseis' right leg, would get knocked into the air, and land on his feet, slightly dizzy, and holding his side. He would keep his eyes on his sensei at all times, though, keeping his guard up, preparing himself for another hit.

As Eden went for the leg sweep, Skychi began to do a back flip, dodging the sweep. Good job. You dodged the first strike...however... I then went for the right side of his hip with my right leg, catching him off balance and sending him thus twirling in the air. He still managed to land on his feet after the kick but held his hip with his hand. "That was a good landing. Bravo. However, with a real opponent they would not have stopped there. You have to remain on the move once the first strike occurs or the opponent can gain momentum in battle. Another thing: never show that you're in pain to your enemy. Power through the pain and attack your opponent without hesitation. This will create the best outcome and will leave your opponent wide open for you to make your next move." Eden would then allow Skychi to absorb this information and he would speak again, "Nod when you understand and we shall continue this evening's lesson."

Skychi lets out a sigh of relief once he landed. He knew his Sensei was holding back on him, and was glad that he wasn't really fighting him. He then looked to his Sensei, without hesitation, as he spoke. He allowed the knowledge so wisely given, then nodded his head softly, showing his Sensei he was ready to continue. He then returned to his pose, this time, seemingly in an offensive stature. He watched his opponent for any sudden movements, trying to imagine in his mine his next attack, and how he would reverse or dodge it.

At this moment, Eden smiled at the face that Skychi had on. Now he's motivated. That's the face I like to see... He then ran toward the boy again, this time coming around the left side of him and would aim to strike the center of his spine and he would then follow up by grabbing the back of Skychi's head and forcing him face first straight into the ground with just enough force to bruice the face but not cause any worse injuries than that and the casual dizziness. If the first strike did not land, then he would follow up with a full sprint and use the back of his fist to hit Skychi in the area of the right side of his ribs while simultaneously following up by pushing him to the ground with his left hand.
