As the festivities had ended, Eden decided to go on a little journey to Shippuugakure. However, he had preparations to make before he could leave. First he left to the Kage's office in order to fill out some paperwork and inform him of Eden's leave of absence. After finishing his business with the Kage, he left and headed to his home to gather his supplies for the journey, though it wouldn't take long to get to his destination. Better safe than sorry, as he says. With his supplies packed in the small pouch on his belt, he left the small house and headed toward the gate. When he reached the gate, the Tsukikage appeared at the gate in front of me. "Be safe on your travels, Eden. You never know what may lie around the corner." Eden smiled and spoke to the Tsukikage. "I thank you for seeing me off, sensei. I shall be fine, though. My training keeps me strong and constantly alert. Besides, the journey isn't long. I will see you and the village soon. Farewell." Eden thus began his little journey, and as he walked, the Tsukikage waved to him and he did the same.
When the village was no longer in sight, Eden picked up his pace and began a full run (not sprint) toward Shippuugakure. The weather was rather nice, especially at the speed he ran. Slowly but surely, the sky began getting lighter and Eden started being able to see everything around him without the aid of lights. As this happened, Eden thought to himself, It has been far too long since I've seen the Sun. It will be nice, feeling its warm rays as I meet with my friends in Shippuugakure.
Roughly three hours later of nonstop running, Eden finally came upon Ocean Country. Not much farther until Shippuugakure now. I'd say less than a half hour until I make it to the gate. Just then, he had realized the sun was above his head, and when he realized this, he smiled and took a deep breath. I have missed this feeling, though I have to say I love the moon so much more. I better get going though. Still a little ways to go before I can relax and enjoy the atmosphere here in Ocean Country.
The next roughly half hour flew by quickly as Eden had finally arrived at the gate to Shippuugakure. He finally relaxed a little and walked in to the village with a small smile on his face. Time for my vacation to begin. I wonder what will happen the days to come. Gets me excited just thinking about it.
