[b]Objective:[/b] Recently, local Fisherman have begun complaining to Shippuugakure that the seas have grown very rough and unruly. They blame this on a malevolent sea god who has become disquieted by foreign fishermen overusing one particular part. Shippuugakure has hired a single individual, or multiple individuals to investigate the apparent threat. The locals identify this apparent “beast” as Mizuchi, a large Kraken-esque creature with more limbs than a man had fingers and toes. They claim that it's glare was enough to kill a man, and that it had a hundred rows of circular teeth for those forsaken individuals who were unlucky enough to get close enough to see.

The Mission-Taker is to investigate these accusations and, if they locate a threat, create a strategy on how to deal with the threat and follow it through. Shippuugakure has donated various resources to the individual(s) who embark on this mission, such as a fishing vessel if needed. Due to the nature of his mission, it can only be taken [b]once[/b]. Mizuchi is a legendary creature who doesn't possess the ability to reproduce, so it cannot produce offspring to be hunted later. It operates on a first come, first serve basis.

Because Mizuchi does not possess the ability to mould chakra, it relies primarily on using it's long tendril-like tentacles to wrap, subdue, or otherwise damage whatever has been unlucky enough to cross its path.
