The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu (Handseals) Range: Long (30 meters high X 50 meters long) Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particles and the Oxygen particles the user creates a large mist around the area that is unsee-able for up to five feet in front of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30 meters Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses enough power to considerably injure an opponent.. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 65 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. As follows: 10 chakra: Softball sized waterballs, Contusions, 5 'bullets' This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown.
Name: Water Release: Great Water Arm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Description: The muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is rather high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls(6 inches thick) and steel doors(3 inches thick). This jutsu can be cut off before the maximum duration is reached. The weakness to this is that lightning jutsu injures the user due to the arm being filled with water. If the opponent is hit directly with this arm, it can break bones. D rank jutsu can disable the arm for 2 posts, C can disable it for five, and B or above can destroy the arm completely. Can only be used on one arm at a time, lasts 5 posts, and has a 3 post cooldown
Name: Flying Thunder God Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 40meters - 50meters Specialty: N/A Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This is a jutsu that works as an opposite of Kuchiyose no Jutsu, effectively making it a reverse summoning. Seals are wrapped against several kunais and are placed on the battlefield (thrown or otherwise). The user can summon themselves to the position of these kunais at any moment. This jutsu requires no handseals.
Once used, the user disappears and re-appears instantaneously at the location of a kunai with the seal attached. The user is only allowed four kunais with the seal attached, and must wait the entirety of the cooldown before using the technique again.

Name: Earthquake! Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Physical Element: N/A Range: 50 meters - 55 meters Specialty: N/A Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique is only usable when in full Seven-Tails Bijuu mode. The user stomps the ground incredibly hard, causing it to shake with the force of an earthquake. This makes the opponent fall and opens up large caverns in the ground for the opponent to fall in, dealing extra damage.
Name: Water Terror Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 25meters - 30meters Specialty: N/A Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This requires that the user be in three-tails mode as the Jinchuuriki of the Seven-Tails. The user will shoot out a massive jet of water toward the user. This jet of water is strong enough to pound through steel (10 inches thick). This technique requires one hand seal (horse).
Name: Whirlpool Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary/Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 10meters around the user. Specialty: N/A Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This can only be performed by the Jinchuuriki of Seven Tails when in the Six-Tail state. The user pulls their body into their shell and begins to spin quickly, shooting a continuous, thick jet of water out of the shell's hole. This surrounds the user in a whirlpool, deflecting A-Ranked weapons and projectiles, as well as protecting the user from incoming ninjutsu. Can also be used to catch the enemy in a powerful, dangerous whirl of water that deals continuous damage.
Name: Tailed Beast Bomb Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: 450 yards Description: After summoning the evil chakra just above its mouth for 3 posts, the beast releases a sonic boom upon the area around itself, cratering the ground up to three feet. Then as it aims, the beast fires the bomb towards its target. This leaves TOTAL desruction to all in the 450 yard range one way. This attack, is over 5 stories tall in height and stretches a total of 5 stories wide as well. It leaves a 4 ft. crater of its path after use, and will leave no remains of a body left behind if human's are within contact of its attack. Twice per topic, 10 post cool down.
Name: Snapping Turtle Tai-Style Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-S Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: N/A Range: N/A Specialty: N/A Duration: N/A Cooldown: N/A Description: This is a taijutsu style taught to Pallas by the Seven-Tails. It is a fighting style that relies on counter-attacks and crippling physical attacks. In this style, Pallas takes a stance that is low to the ground. His knees stay clenched and his hands up, ready for any incoming attack. While not reliant on lower body movements, the bulk of the taijutsu's effectiveness stems from the legs. This style of fighting increases reaction time to incoming taijutsu attacks by 10%, as well as raw strength by 25%.

The Pallas jutsu needs to be put in order from E-S, please.
Also, the taijutsu style you say you got from the Bijuu needs to have most or all of the sections filled out and the description has to show the position you take, the benefits it gives you (specifically as well as the percentages if any), etc. It just as well has to be ranked as D-S since it is a fighting style.
Water Release: Gunshot - 65 mph is way too fast for a D-rank jutsu. 35 mph would be the absolute maximum a D-rank can travel.
Also, change the format of all of the jutsu to the format that the Flying Thunder God jutsu is in. All jutsu must follow this format unless it is already in the site's jutsu databases.
