As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Name: Shikotsumyaku Kinzoku Kyōdo [Metallic Strength of the Dead Bone Pulse] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Clan Specific Handseals: N/A Duration: N/A Cooldown: N/A Description: Once learned this jutsu is capable of growing with the user. Each capable bone of a Kaguya is normally the density of steel (7850 kg/m3). However with this hidden jutsu, members of the head clan family of the Kaguya may learn this jutsu and utilize the benefits of stronger bones meant to be ultimately stronger than the lesser family. The user once learning this technique never has to activate this because once trained it is always active, granted upon learning teh user loses thirty chakra points as penalty. The user grows with this technique and as such upon first achieving this technique their bones reach a density of Molybdenum (10188 kg/m3), upon receiving their next rank up or learned at Sp. Jounin their bones reach a density of Hafnium (13310 kg/m3), upon receiving their next rank up or learned at Jounin their bones reach a density of Uranium (18900 kg/m3), and upon receiving their next rank up or learned at S-Rank the practitioner's bones reach a density of Iridium (22650 kg/m3). Duration: Change takes 1 post and lasts for 5 posts. Cooldown: Can change twice, once into the different form and then again to revert back to original form. Description: Utilizing the Kaguya blood limit ability to manipulate their bones, the user is able to change their facial/body structure to maintain a disguise or change their look for more favorable features. The user is able to change their facial structure through manipulating things such as their cheek or jaw bone structure. Once understanding of manipulation of the face is understood, the user is capable of going onto higher levels of changing which is the body. Increasing or decreasing bone size throughout certain areas of the body will change a person’s thickness, shape, and placement causing one’s physical body structure to change. If the user wishes they may also change the color of their hair to that of white and only white. After the first change the timer starts and for five posts they are changed form. Once the timer goes out they immediately revert back to the original form and can not change again for an entire IC day, or until a new thread begins. Side Effects: Pain may occur in some cases due to the stretching of one’s skin.

Name: Kaguya Rage Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplemenatary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Clan Taijutsu Handseals: N/A Duration: 6 Cooldown: Once a thread Description: A scroll hidden technique that only her single family could perform and since all of them are dead now only she can perform it. This technique can only be performed once a thread. This technique allows Jojo to concentrate chakra about her body (Needs two posts to prepare). This chakra will glow a deep dark purple about her body as the single form of this technique her appearance changes as pillar like bones will appear out of her spine as their will be three of them on the top part of her back. Her eyes will glow completely with the condensed chakra. That is just the appearance change. Next is the change of the stats. Speed and power increase three times while further increasing Jojo's Taijutsu techniques. Unlike the Kaguya Mastery technique this move will personally make Jojo able to sustain this technique for six hours (posts) that will then cause her to be extremely exhausted. This exhaustion inhibits her of utilizing any jutsu for five posts and her speed is cut in half for that time as well. This also makes all other stats D-rank while active. While they are not evident in the five hours it is active (five posts) all wounds that are not healed whether before or after this is activated are intensified leaving Jojo weakened. This means that she will have only two hours (four posts) to finish up the deed of something before she is passed out unconscious and in need of either rest (If not wounded) or medical attention (If wounded). I just added the E and D to be graded here. They will be apart of my free set in accordiance to what Jounin can start with freely. The other three, the two A ranks and the S, are just other customs waiting to be graded and then priced.

As each clone is only C rank they can only have a base amount of 125 chakra associated to each clone, however they do know everything that the user themselves know only the power distributed to each technique is lowered to their level, which means if one clone used an S/A rank technique it would cost the S/A amount of chakra while only retaining a B level amount of strength, B rank techniques still cost and are used effectively as B ranks. Given how this is a Kaguya version of the Kage Bunshin, this technique allows the clones to pass on all their attained knowledge back to the individual who created them.

Shikotsumyaku Bunshin [Clone of the Dead Bone Pulse] - Can only have up to 6 clones max at a time, as do all bunshin/kage bunshin-type clones.
"if one clone used an S rank technique it would cost the S amount of chakra while only retaining a B level amount of strength" In this portion, you state that the clones are of C-rank in terms of power. Then you say that the jutsu used by said clones would be brought to their level. If this is the case, The S-rank example for a jutsu would have to be brought down to C-rink in power. If this is not the case, please state that the C-rank clones would be able to perform at 1-2 ranks lower than the jutsu's real power.
Bodily Manipulation - How long is the user able to keep this change until they have to revert back? There needs to be a limit, as the original structure of the body at some point will resist such a change. This also requires an 8 post cooldown between uses which would begin after the jutsu is reversed. Also, keep in mind the fact that it is considered a duration jutsu, so it would cost extra chakra in order to keep it activated.
Kaguya Rage - Please give at least one more drawback for this jutsu. Extreme exhaustion seems a bit too easy-going for a jutsu that increases your speed by three times.
This also needs a cooldown of 8 posts, as it is A-rank.
Kaguya Mastery - If medical attention is needed, how many words in a topic would it require? Describe this in terms of the potential damage you may take depending upon your opponent.

Shikotsumyaku Bunshin [Clone of the Dead Bone Pulse] - The strength differential was already in there. S rank jutsu strength is lowered to B, and so I also added in for simplification A is also B rank level and B rank jutsu retain the same strength.
Bodily Manipulation - Duration 5, the change is mainly for espionage to where one changes into one form and then I added the reversion is also considered a change meaning this technique can only be used in terms of "once per IC day or once per thread". Due to this jutsu being of the Kaguya traits to manipulate bone structure and cellular design there is no need for a duration chakra drain.
Kaguya Rage - No need for a cooldown as it can only be used once per topic which negates any means for a cool down due to it not being applicable for use for more than once in a topic. I added in that for five posts after the change she can not perform any techniques and her speed is cut in half. Hope that suffices.
Kaguya Mastery - No matter what wound, big or small, will require the same medical attention being 1000 words from someone other than myself. Such medical attention is necessary from a medical ninja. Since a small wound after this jutsu is perform is bunched together with the large wounds they all require the same length and as such the same serious severity required.
Shikotsumyaku Bunshin - "A ninja can make any amount of clones depending on their rank as they all are ten percent of the current chakra amount" You can take this out, as there is the limit of 6 at a time.

Is there nothing but the increased density this supplementary jutsu does? If so, I can approve it. Otherwise, state what else it may do, or rather what effect the increased density has on the user or opponents in terms of battle.
If there was anything else but the additive to the supplementary aspects of the jutsu I would have to increase the rank and thus also increase the drawback. The only thing that it does is increase the density of the bones which in turn also increases the effectiveness and lethal capabilities of the kaguya dances themselves with the higher density of bones.

Name: Teshi Sendan [Ten-Finger Drilling Bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 30 meters Specialty: Clan Taijutsu Handseals: N/A Duration: Instant Cooldown: 7 Description: Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones of the user can be regenerated, the rate of fire from the user's arsenal is one per finger. The rotation of this jutsu allows it to pierce through defenses like they are butter while every density higher than the original will allow the penetrating force to be a rank higher, however the original penetrating force of this is lowered to that of C rank, however with densities of its own making the bullets can pierce through like butter. In example, original Kaguya bones are as dense as steel allowing them to pierce through non-tampered steels like butter. The speed of these are that of a bullets speed, hence the name Drilling Bullets.

Teshi Sendan [Ten-Finger Drilling Bullets] - If they shoot a maximum of 10 at any given time before cooldown takes place, the supply of them cannot be limitless, so you can take out any reference to that.
Also, state the exact durabilities of the sand defense and samurai armor, as the description given is too broad.
When you state "must give more chakra to supply another ten," do you mean that the cooldown does not take place after the first 10? If so, you need to say that only a maximum of two sets of ten can be fired before the cooldown starts and the cooldown must be raised to 7 posts instead of 6 because of this. If not, just take that little piece out.
Shikotsumyaku Erementaru Yūgō [Elemental Fusion of the Dead Bone Pulse] - Okay, still a bit to fix here.
You need to state this in the description: "Only the element in the user's primary or secondary slot may be used in conjunction with this technique. If the secondary is used for this technique, the effects of said element will be knocked down one rank, since it is not as powerful as the primary-slotted element." <------- Please copy/paste this as a separate paragraph in the description.
You also need to add a few words stating a user may not utilize an element they do not have for their character. If you'd like to add it into the above paragraph I wrote, I am fine with that.
Also, considering its power for a C-rank, please change the cooldown to 5 posts.
